Kiernan Shipka is set to appear in episode 4 of the upcoming sixth season of Riverdale as Sabrina. Shipka previously starred in Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Sabrina will be showing up to help Cheryl Blossom during Riverdale’s big special event to kick off the new season. Season 6 of Riverdale premieres on The CW November 16.

Disney+ is developing a WandaVision spinoff series focusing on standout character Agnes aka Agatha Harkness, played by Kathryn Hahn. No plot detail is available yet, but it would likely follow Agatha following the events of WandaVision where she is now stuck in her alternate persona. WandaVision won an Emmy for the song Agatha All Along which was a big hit among viewers. 

Selena + Chef is returning for season three on HBO Max. This season Selena will take lessons from chefs Aarón Sánchez, Ayesha Curry, Esther Choi, Fabio Viviani, Gabe Kennedy, Jamie Oliver, Kwame Onwuachi, Padma Lakshmi, Richard Blais, and Sophia Roe. The new season premieres October 28. 

Lost In Space has been given a premiere date for it’s final season after a long wait. Season three will consist of 8 episodes and will premiere December 1 on Netflix. The space drama series is well worth checking out!

Apple TV+’s upcoming comedy series The Afterparty is set to premiere in January 2022. The streamer released the first teaser for the series starring Tiffany Haddish, Sam Richardson, and Ilana Glazer. The series takes place at a high school reunion afterparty where each episode tells a character’s perspective of the events of the night.

Netflix has canceled Dash & Lily after one season. The eight episode holiday set romance series followed two opposite teenagers who realize they have a lot in common as they pass messages back and forth in a notebook. The series is based on the book of the same name.

Apple TV+ has renewed Foundation for season two after three episodes of season one. The series is based on Isaac Asimov’s book trilogy and stars Jared Harris and Lee Pace. Season one airs Fridays. 

HBO has ordered Game Theory with Bomani Jones, a weekly late night sports series. The series will break down timely issues playing out in the world of sports. Jones previously worked at ESPN. It will premiere in 2022. 

Claire Foy is set to star in Doomsday Machine, a drama series about Facebook. Foy will portray Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. The series is based on An Ugly Truth: Inside Facebook’s Battle for Domination by Sheera Frenkel and Cecilia Kang. 

Peacock’s upcoming new reality competition series Siwas Dance Pop Revolution will begin streaming November 4 with three episodes. The first season will consist of eight episodes and will follow Jojo Siwa and her mother and manager Jessalyn Siwa as they create a new group called XOMG Pop. Eleven tweens will participate in a series of performances and challenges, while JoJo serves as choreographer and mentor. As part of the grand prize, the newly crowned pop group will serve as an opening act for JoJo. 

FX has ordered The Patient, a ten episode half hour series. Steve Carell will star in the series in which a psychotherapist finds himself held prisoner by a serial killer with an unusual request: curb his homicidal urges.

A new game show is coming to Game Show network. Tug of Words is a fast-paced game where two teams compete to answer word clue questions correctly and pull the flag on the “tug of war rope” to their side. The team with the flag on their side after three rounds wins the game, qualifying them for the bonus round where they have the opportunity to compete for $10,000. The series is hosted by Ahmad Rashad and will premiere November 8. 

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest will be celebrating it’s 50th anniversary this year. To celebrate, they will be featuring their first ever spanish language countdown from Puerto Rico. The festivities begin at 8 on December 31 on ABC. 

Gwyneth Paltrow and goop have teamed up with Netflix for a new series titled Sex, Love & goop. The series follows real couples as they work with sex experts to explore their bodies and learn methods to enhance their relationships. Through deeper intimacy and an open mind, each couple experiences pleasure, sex and intimacy differently. It will premiere October 21. 

HBO Max’ original documentary series What Happened, Brittany Murphy? Is set to premiere October 14. The documentary is an intimate, in-depth character portrait of actress Brittany Murphy, going beyond the headlines to explore the mysterious circumstances surrounding her tragic death at 32 years old.

Docuseries Texas 6 returns for season two on Paramount+ November 18. The eight episode season follows the Greyhounds, a six-man high school football team under the direction of Coach Dewaine Lee. After a devastating defeat in the semifinals the previous year, the second season finds the Greyhounds chasing redemption. 

Jack McBrayer has a school aimed at preschoolers coming out on Apple TV+ called Hello, Jack! The Kindness Show. It will premiere November 5. Jack inspires kids to solve problems with heart. The series showcases stories where acts of kindness are shown through “The Three C’s” – caring, connecting and cascading – from one person to another. The series also features original songs from the Grammy Award-winning band, OK Go.
