Peacock has officially ordered the long awaited Community movie. Original stars Joel McHale, Danny Pudi, Alison Brie, Gillian Jacobs, Jim Rash and Ken Jeong will return. Peacock will also acquire the full series library, non exclusively. “Six seasons and a movie” became an in series rally cry to keep the series going. Original stars Donald Glover and Yvette Nicole Brown are not attached to the followup movie at this time. 

Trevor Noah will be leaving The Daily Show. Noah made the announcement on the most recent episode. He replaced long time host Jon Stewart in 2015. No word on who will replace him, or if the show will continue on Comedy Central. 

The Midnight Club will premiere on Netflix October 7. At a hospice with a mysterious history, the eight members of the Midnight Club meet each night at midnight to tell sinister stories – and to look for signs of the supernatural from the beyond. 

Season two of Young Royals premieres on Netflix November 1. Struggling to accept his newfound royal duties, Wilhelm fears his Crown Prince title will cost him everything he cares about.

Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities premieres on Netflix October 25. Guillermo del Toro has curated a collection of unprecedented and genre-defining stories meant to challenge our traditional notions of horror. From macabre to magical, gothic to grotesque or classically creepy, these eight equally sophisticated and sinister tales (including two original stories by del Toro) are brought to life by a team of writers and directors personally chosen by del Toro. Two all-new tales will debut daily through October 28. 

Tiger & Bunny 2 Part 2 will premiere on Netflix October 7. Fighting for peace – and their sponsors – the odd couple of Wild Tiger and Barnaby continue to work as superheroes. But with the number of superheroes increasing around the world, how will these two veterans fare!? 

Apple TV+’s upcoming new action thriller series Echo 3 will premiere November 23. The ten episode series is an action-packed thriller set in South America that follows Amber Chesborough, a brilliant young scientist who is the emotional heart of a small American family. When Amber goes missing along the Colombia-Venezuela border, her brother, Bambi, and her husband, Prince – two men with deep military experience and complicated pasts – struggle to find her in a layered personal drama, set against the explosive backdrop of a secret war.

New episodes of Reno 911 will premiere on Comedy Central October 19. Go behind the scenes of the Reno Sheriff’s Department as Lieutenant Jim Dangle and his khaki-clad officers attempt to keep their streets safe. Whether they’re engaging with the city’s everyday townspeople or colorful government officials, there’s never a dull moment with the Reno police. 

Robin Weigert, Abby McEnany and Eric Graise have joined the cast of CBS’s The Never Game pilot. They join Justin Hartley and Mary McDonnell in the project based on the book by Jeffery Deaver. 

Apple TV+’s Dark Matter has added Oakes Fegley, Dayo Okeniyi, Alice Braga and Jimmi Simpson to its cast. They join Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Connelly in the series based on the sci-fi novel by Blake Crouch. 

Evan Roe and Josh Pais have been cast in Netflix’s limited series A Man in Full. They join Jeff Daniels and Diane Lane in the six episode series based on the book by Tom Wolfe. 

The Ramy aftershow One Cup of Tea is streaming now on hulu. Hosted by Ramy Youssef, Hiam Abbass and Laith Nakli, each episode features special guests to help unpack the topics and themes of the groundbreaking Hulu Original series, which is now streaming on Hulu. 

Human Playground is coming soon to Netflix. Narrated by Idris Elba, this docuseries explores the origins and evolution of play across the globe, from age-old rituals to billion-dollar businesses.
