ABC has given a full season order to freshman drama series The Rookie: Feds. The series is a spinoff of the long running drama series The Rookie. The season will consist of 22 episodes and follows the oldest FBI rookie played by Niecy Nash-Betts.
AMC has changed the premiere date of Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches to January 8 on AMC+ and AMC. The series is the second series in the Anne Rice Immortal Universe after Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire. The eight episode series focuses on an intuitive young neurosurgeon, Rowan, who discovers that she is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. As she grapples with her newfound powers, she must contend with a sinister presence that has haunted her family for generations.
For the first time, Nobel Prize winner Gabriel García Márquez’s masterwork One Hundred Years of Solitude will be adapted as a series on Netflix. They shared the first images of Macondo, which will be brought to life in Colombia, across the extensive and diverse geography of the country.

HBO’s docuseries Shaq premieres November 23. The four episode series details the life and career of NBA Hall of Famer and multi-hyphenate Shaquille O’Neal. FOX Sports signed an exclusive, multi-platform deal to deliver the 2023 World Baseball Classic to fans in the U.S. The global tournament begins on March 7, 2023 from stadiums in Japan, Taiwan and the United States. The 47 tournament games will air across FOX, FS1, FS2, FOX Deportes, Tubi, and the FOX Sports app in the U.S.
