Run the World returns for season two on Starz May 26. The series chronicles the euphoric highs and heartbreaking lows that Whitney, Renee and Sondi must endure in their pursuit of world domination. Whitney must follow the road of self-discovery in order to thrive in her life with or without Ola, while Renee and Sondi must decide what they truly want out of life – both in love and their careers. Whether they reunite with a past love, taste the life of a millionaire, or see their career take off in a radical new direction, these powerful Black women, fortified by their impenetrable friendship, won’t let anything get in their way. Amber Stevens West, Bresha Webb and Corbin Reid return as Whitney, Renee and Sondi, three best friends living and thriving in Harlem. Stephen Bishop and Tosin Morohunfola return as series regulars after recurring in the first season. Erika Alexander and Nick Sagar will also be returning as recurring guest stars and Jay Walker and Tonya Pinkins will return as guest stars. 

Season three of The Witcher will premiere in two parts. Vol. 1 will premiere June 29 with episodes 1-5. Vol. 2 will premiere July 27 with episodes 6-8. As monarchs, mages, and beasts of the Continent compete to capture her, Geralt takes Ciri into hiding, determined to protect his newly-reunited family against those who threaten to destroy it. Entrusted with Ciri’s magical training, Yennefer leads them to the protected fortress of Aretuza, where they hope to uncover more about the girl’s untapped powers; instead, they discover they’ve landed in a battlefield of political corruption, dark magic, and treachery. They must fight back, put everything on the line – or risk losing each other forever. This will be Henry Cavill’s final season as Geralt of Rivia. He will be replaced with Liam Hemsworth in the already ordered fourth season. 

XO, Kitty premieres on Netflix May 18. In the To All The Boys spinoff series, teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey thinks she knows everything there is to know about love. But when she moves halfway across the world to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend, she’ll soon realize that relationships are a lot more complicated when it’s your own heart on the line. 

The Real Housewives of Orange County returns for season seventeen June 7 on Bravo. Ready to take back her orange after she was last seen in a bush, Tamra Judge makes her triumphant return to the franchise to shake things up joining veteran Housewives Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson. New housewife Jennifer Pedranti is introduced to the ladies through her friend Tamra and quickly finds her voice in the group. No stranger to the franchise, RHOBH veteran Taylor Armstrong marks the first housewife to switch cities as she joins the OC ladies as a friend. 

Animated comedy series Mulligan premieres May 12 on Netflix. After Earth is destroyed by an alien attack, a rag-tag band of survivors has to start society over from scratch. It’s an opportunity to learn from humanity’s past mistakes and get things right this time. Or make the same mistakes all over again. Probably the second one. The series stars Nat Faxon, Chrissy Teigen, Tina Fey, Sam Richardson, Dana Carvey, and Phil LaMarr. Recurring Guest Stars include Daniel Radcliffe, Ayo Edebiri, Ronny Chieng, and Kevin Michael Richardson. 

The final season of Ultraman premieres on Netflix May 11. As public sentiment turns against Ultraman, Shinjiro learns that his inherited powers may come with a heavy price, in this exciting series conclusion. The tale of the Warriors of Light heads toward a climax riddled with mysteries! 

The Full Monty will premiere on hulu this June. Taking place 25 years after the original British smash hit, the eight-episode series will follow the same band of brothers as they navigate the post-industrial city of Sheffield and society’s crumbling healthcare, education, and employment sectors. The comedy-drama will uncover what happened to the gang after they put their kit back on, exploring their brighter, sillier and more desperate moments. It will also highlight how the fiercely funny world of these working-class heroes – still residing in Sheffield – has changed in the intervening decades. 

MGM+ has ordered a new suspense thriller titled Emperor of Ocean Park. The series is based on the novel by Stephen L. Carter. Set in the worlds of politics, Ivy League academia, and the beaches of Martha’s Vineyard, the series centers on Talcott Garland, an Ivy League law professor whose quiet life is shattered when his father, Judge Oliver Garland, dies of an apparent heart attack. The nature of the judge’s death is questioned by Tal’s sister, Mariah, a former journalist and inveterate conspiracy theorist, who believes that the judge, a failed Black nominee to the Supreme Court, met with foul play. 

New dating series The One will premiere on TV One May 19, joining its “Date Night Thursdays” block. The competition series will be hosted by powerhouse couple, Kirk and Tammy Franklin. Atlanta bachelor and bachelorette Brent and Ashley have long struggled to find their soulmates. Now, with a little guidance from gospel legend Kirk Franklin and his wife Tammy, Brent and Ashley will embark on a journey filled with sexy suitors and outrageous activities as they seek to find love. Throughout the series, Ashley and Brent will meet two new potential matches each week. Sparks will fly as our daters get to know one another while partaking in some risqué game nights yet soulful sessions with Kirk and Tammy at the helm. At the end of each episode, Brent and Ashley will determine which dates possess the qualities that could make them their soulmate, ultimately leading that suitor to join them at The One Mansion. 

The new season of Windy City Rehab will premiere on HGTV May 23. Empowered by her deep expertise and business savvy, Alison will overcome every renovation obstacle to deliver innovative and gorgeous homes for her clients located in the Windy City and beyond in the eight episode season. 

Peri Gilpin will appear in the upcoming Paramount+ Frasier revival series. She will appear as a guest star, reprising her role as Roz Doyle. 

Cristo Fernández has joined the cast of Apple TV+’s Acapulco. He will play an artist in the upcoming third season. 

Warner Bros. Discovery has acquired the US rights to air the upcoming seventh season of the animated series Totally Spies! It will air on Cartoon Network in 2024. 

Super Street Garage will premiere this summer on MotorTrend. The show is descended from the original Super Street Magazine, which was founded in 1996 by documenting the extensive, yet accessible import car movement in North America. The 13-episode series takes neo-classic sport compact vehicles such as the Honda Civic, Subaru BRZ and Nissan 350Z, and rebuilds them with a focus on both performance and modern design aesthetics. Super Street was there at the dawn of this customization that later found its way into public consciousness through blockbuster video games, films, and drag race and drift events, all of which are currently experiencing a renaissance with modern audiences. 

Accomplice to Murder with Vinnie Politan will premiere on Court TV May 7. The series looks beyond the usual suspects to tell the gripping stories of everyday people caught up in a world of deception and manipulation as they become accomplices to murder. Court TV lead anchor Vinnie Politan hosts and travels across the country to speak with the accomplices – the convicted, the condemned as well as the exonerated – who provide a unique window into cases whose verdicts might not be as clear-cut as initially thought. Veteran Court TV producers help guide viewers through the dramatic twists and turns as each trial unfolds. The series was drawn from Court TV’s massive library of hundreds of trials spanning three decades. 

CBS and Pluto TV have partnered together to present The Tony Awards: Act One June 11 at 6:30-8:00 PM, ET/3:30-5:00 PM PT on Pluto TV. The pre-show of live, exclusive content will lead into The 76th Annual Tony Awards. Hosts and further details about the show will be available in the coming weeks. 

Animated series BE@RBRICK is coming to Apple TV+. Based on the world-renowned collectible bear-shaped figures, new series hails from DreamWorks Animation and Dentsu Inc. The series is a music-driven comedy about young singer-songwriter Jasmine and her bandmates as they pursue their dreams and inspire others to do the same. But it won’t be easy to do when living in a world where everyone’s role is chosen for them and where the painted-on look you receive when you graduate from high school determines who you’ll be for the rest of your life. Jasmine realizes that in order for her world to change, she and her friends may have to make it happen themselves. 

ITV is rebooting Big Brother in the UK. AJ Odudu and Will Best will serve as hosts of the reality competition series. The new season will likely premiere this fall after last airing back in 2018. 

Season two of Barbecue Showdown will premiere on Netflix May 26. Eight of the best barbecuers from across the country will have to master the flame in an open fire playground, and create mouth-watering, boundary-pushing barbecue, for a $50,000 prize. Actress and comedian Michelle Buteau serves as host, and joins world-class BBQ judges Melissa Cookston and Kevin Bludso to crown the next great pitmaster. 

All episodes of La Chica Invisible will premiere on hulu May 16. The Spanish language series is inspired by the book trilogy of the same name by Blue Jeans. Seventeen year old Aurora has been murdered at the high school during Cárdena’s local festivities. Two investigations are opened in parallel: an official one by Civil Guard lieutenant Miguel Ángel and an informal one by his daughter Julia, the victim’s classmate. Father and daughter will start to put the puzzle together and embark on a journey full of enigmas, clues and traps. 

McGregor Forever premieres on Netflix May 17. As UFC champion Conor McGregor embarks on the most important point of his career, McGregor Forever charts his epic journey back to the top of the UFC ladder. This documentary series is an all-access look at this controversial superstar, along with the deeper history of what brought him to this point. 

Docuseries The Curious Case of Natalia Grace will premiere on Investigation Discovery May 29. The three episode series offers extraordinary access and exclusive insight into a mystery ripped straight from the headlines: Who is Natalia Barnett? Initially assumed to be a 6-year-old Ukrainian orphan with spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia, a rare bone growth disorder that can result in skeletal abnormalities as well as issues with hearing and vision, Natalia was adopted by Kristine and Michael Barnett in 2010. However, the happy family dynamic soured when allegations against Natalia were brought by the Barnetts who alleged Natalia was an adult masquerading as a child with intent to harm their family. In 2013, Natalia was discovered living on her own which ignited an investigation that led to Michael and Kristine’s arrest and a firestorm of questions.
