Marvel’s Secret Invasion premieres on Disney+ June 21. Set in the present day MCU, Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos, who has made a life for himself on Earth. Together they race against time to thwart an imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity. The series stars Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Charlayne Woodard, Killian Scott, Samuel Adewunmi, Dermot Mulroney, Christopher McDonald, Katie Finneran, with Emilia Clarke and Olivia Colman, and Don Cheadle. 

Fatal Attraction premieres on Paramount+ April 30 with three episodes. New episodes of the eight episode season will be available to stream weekly on Sundays.The all-new series is a deep dive reimagining of the 1980s cultural touchstone Fatal Attraction through the lens of privilege, personality disorders, family dynamics and murder. In the present day, after serving 15 years in prison for the murder of Alexandra Forrest, Daniel Gallagher is paroled with the goals of reconnecting with his family and proving his innocence. In 2008, Dan first meets Alex and his world begins to unravel after their brief affair threatens to destroy the life he’s built with his wife, Beth. 

Fox has ordered medical drama Doc straight to series. The series is based on the globally acclaimed Italian series, Doc — Nelle tue mani. The series centers on the hard-charging, brilliant Dr. Amy Elias, Chief of Internal and Family Medicine at Westside Hospital in Minneapolis. After a brain injury erases the last eight years of her life, Amy must navigate an unfamiliar world where she has no recollection of patients she’s treated, colleagues she’s crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves and the tragedy that caused her to push everyone away. She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience. 

Jinkx Monsoon has been cast in the upcoming season of Disney+’s Doctor Who. Jinkx will play a major role in the season. Jinkx joins after completing her sell out run on Broadway, where she made her highly-anticipated debut as Matron ‘Mama’ Morton in Broadway’s longest-running show, Chicago.

Apple TV+’s limited series The Crowded Room premieres June 9. The ten episode series stars Tom Holland, Amanda Seyfried and Emmy Rossum. The series follows Danny Sullivan , a man who is arrested following his involvement in a shooting in New York City in 1979. A captivating thriller told through a series of interviews with curious interrogator Rya Goodwin, Danny’s life story unfolds, revealing elements of the mysterious past that shaped him, and the twists and turns that will lead him to a life-altering revelation.

Taraji P. Henson has been cast on ABC’s Abbott Elementary. Henson will portray the mother of Janine, played by Quinta Brunson. She will appear in the second to last episode of the season, set to air April 12. 

Lizzo has extended her first-look deal with Amazon Studios. Coming off the success Lizzo had finding Big Grrrl dancers for her world tour, she is now looking for singers that can also dance their asses ON! She’s searching for dynamic women to join her world and perform onstage. Casting applications are open until April 9. 

Showtime will no longer be airing King Shaka. The series has filmed most of its order and the series will be shopped. The series is the latest to be passed on after filming most of their order. Three Women ended up at Starz while Ripley ended up on Netflix. 

Netflix has ordered a pilot for Little Sky. The comedy pilot is Netflix’s first ever pilot as the streamer usually orders series straight to series. The single camera comedy project stars Samara Weaving. 

Elias Kacavas has been promoted to series regular for the upcoming second season of HBO Max’s Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin. Kacavas recurred in the first season. The second season will be known as Pretty Little Liars: Summer School. 

Arthur Hughes, Sean Bean and Anthony Boyle are set to star in the new Disney+ Tudor murder mystery series Shardlake. The series is based on the Tudor murder mystery novels by C.J. Sansom. It follows Matthew Shardlake, a lawyer with an acute sense of justice and one of the few honest men in a world beset with scheming and plots. Shardlake works for Thomas Cromwell, the dangerous and all-powerful right-hand man to Henry VIII. Despite Shardlake’s unwavering loyalty to Cromwell and the Crown, his position in society is unfavoured due to his appearance, as a person living with scoliosis during the Tudor period, suffering the indignity of being abused as a “crookback” wherever he turns. 

Dark comedy Totally, Completely Fine premieres with two episodes April 20 on Sundance Now and AMC+. Starring Thomasin McKenzie, the series is a moving yet hopeful comedy about the mental health crisis, the complexities of grief, and the ways our sadness can unite us. The six-episode season centers around Vivian Cunningham, who’s about to end it all. She can’t pay her bills and likes alcohol more than she likes herself. When she climbs into a bathtub with her hairdryer, her mind’s made up. Then the phone rings. The grandad she’s avoided for years has died in his sleep and left her his house. When Vivian arrives at the shack, she discovers the cliff in the yard is a known suicide site and her grandfather is tasking her with saving every lost soul that passes through. Suddenly this blunt, angry woman is talking people away from the ledge. Maybe in saving others, she’ll slowly learn to save herself? 

On Wednesdays (9:00-10:00PM, ET/PT), encores of the CBS drama FBI will air in place of the previously scheduled Let’s Make a Deal Primetime. The episodes will be rescheduled on future dates. 

HGTV has renewed Farmhouse Fixer for a third season. The eight episode new season will follow Jonathan Knight, best known as a member of the band New Kids on the Block, as he continues his mission to bring historic New England farmhouses to their former glory with the help of his right-hand designer, Kristina Crestin. New episodes will premiere in 2024. 

Gold Rush: White Water returns April 14 on Discovery Channel. Earlier in the season, Discovery audiences saw Dustin, Kayla, and their crews put their lives on the line as they stepped into the war zone of devastating storms and flash floods, in search of a life changing pile of gold at Nugget Creek. The story picks up right where it left off last year when Dustin walked away from the operation and abandoned the crews who were forced to pick up the pieces and forge ahead. In the premiere, bad blood between crew members derails any momentum and Wes’ absence results in a standoff. Will Dustin return to his crew? And if so, can they recover to stage the comeback of all comebacks and turn rock bottom into bedrock gold? 

ITV has renewed Unforgotten for a sixth season. The cop drama series stars Sanjeev Bhaskar and Sinéad Keenan. The new season will consist of six episodes. 

Ten years after their global success with Lilyhammer, Netflix today confirms that creators Anne Bjørnstad and Eilif Skodvin and production company Rubicon will return to Netflix with the Norwegian drama series Salmon Island. The series follows two families in a small coastal community in Norway, who are sworn enemies in the global salmon industry. The series, which taps into the contemporary zeitgeist, delivers a funny as well as dramatic portrait of the fish farming business. 

Elizabeth Vargas Reports will air on NewsNation. The news series will air Monday through Friday at 6. 

The WWE is planning to merge with Endeavor. Endeavor is the parent company of UFC. 

Doctor Cha premieres on Netflix April 15. The series tells the story of a medical graduate turned housewife who decides to return to the medical field. Her doctor husband maintains a perfect dual life. He is great at his job and he is also great at cheating on his wife. The series follows her struggle to find her footing in a job full of surprises.

Carpool Karaoke: The Series returns with new episodes June 23 on Apple TV+. The new episodes feature Alanis Morissette, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Avril Lavigne, Cedric the Entertainer, Lea Michele, Alison Brie, Darren Criss, Yungblud, Cara Delevingne, Danny Pudi, the casts of Ghosts, Girls5eva, The Afterparty, and more. 

The new season of Brat Loves Judy premieres on WE tv April 27. Rap Legend Da Brat and hair care mogul wife, Jesseca “Judy” Dupart, are having a baby and the newlywed couple are giving fans unprecedented access into their personal lives, sharing all the incredible highs and disappointing lows during their first year of marriage. As Brat and Judy embark on a tumultuous IVF journey, fraught with health issues, unexpected challenges arise within their blended family. GAMERA -Rebirth- will premiere on Netflix later this year. Gamera, the giant monster which has been beloved by Kaiju fans across the globe since the 1960s, faces off against five enemy creatures across six episodes in this new animated series. 

Apple TV+ celebrates the life and legacy of Dr. Jane Goodall with the new series Jane, premiering April 14. The series follows Jane Garcia, a nine-year-old budding environmentalist on a quest to save endangered animals. Using her powerful imagination, Jane takes her best friends David, played by Mason Blomberg, and Greybeard the chimpanzee on epic adventures to help protect wild animals all around the world because, according to her idol Dr. Jane Goodall: “Only if we understand, will we care. Only if we care, will we help. Only if we help, can they be saved.”
