ABC Announces 2024 Premiere Dates

ABC is the next network to announce its upcoming schedule following the writers and actors strikes. The new schedule will see returning favorites with some moving to new nights and times.

Kicking off midseason Monday, January 22 will be the season premiere of The Bachelor at 8 followed by a new 20/20 limited true crime series at 10. The title will be announced at a later date.

February 7 will see the return of ABC’s Wednesday comedy lineup with the return of The Conners at 8, Not Dead Yet at 8:30 and a special one hour season premiere of Abbott Elementary at 9. Judge Steve Harvey will air at 10.

American Idol returns to Sundays February 18 at 8. What Would You Do? will follow at 10.

Tuesdays will see a shakeup starting February 20 with Will Trent returning at 8, followed by The Rookie at 9. The Good Doctor will move to its new night at 10.

Thursdays will see 9-1-1 make its ABC debut at 8 starting March 14. Grey’s Anatomy will follow at 9, followed by Station 19 at 10. The two Shondaland series will see one crossover this season.

Additional programming to be announced in the coming weeks. The previously announced series pickup High Potential will debut during the 2024-2025 broadcast season.
