Limited series Paris Is Always a Good Idea premieres July 30 on Hallmark+. Based on the bestselling novel by Jenn McKinlay, the six-episode globe-trotting romance takes viewers on a heartfelt journey through Paris, Ireland and Spain filled with love, self-discovery and second chances. The series stars Lacey Chabert and Scott Michael Foster.

Peacock has ordered Dungeon Crawler Carl to series. The project is based on the book series by Matt Dinniman. An alien invasion has wiped out most of humanity and any survivors are forced to fight for their lives on a sadistic intergalactic game show. Sounds bad, right? Now try doing it with bare feet and a stuck-up, self-centered, tiara-wearing talking cat as your partner. Welcome to Dungeon Crawler World: Earth, where the apocalypse will be televised … and Coast Guard vet Carl finds himself stuck with his ex-girlfriend’s award-winning show cat, Princess Donut the Queen Anne Chonk, as they try to survive the end of the world, fighting monsters, aliens, an insane A.I. and even other survivors — all for the sake of good TV. Survival is optional. Entertainment is not.

Season three of Ranma1/2 will premiere on Netflix October 2026. The season will offer a closer look at Ryoga Hibiki, whose rivalry with Ranma and feelings for Akane Tendo continue to intensify. It will also see Ryoga’s newly mastered Breaking Point Blow, a powerful blow that strikes pressure points to shatter anything in its path. And with more romantic rivalries surrounding Ranma and Akane, the chaos is far from over. Will their slapstick love story finally find its way to a conclusion?

Beat & Motion will premiere on Netflix in 2027. The series is a coming-of-age story about music, animation, and the coming together of creative dreams between Tatsuhiko, a young man who has lost sight of his dream, and Nico, an indie musician who refuses to give up on hers. Though they clash, the two unlock each other’s talent and begin moving toward a creative vision neither could reach alone. It is based on the manga of the same name.

Anime series Jimoto Saiko! will premiere on Netflix. The series follows Chanel-chan and her friends as they navigate life in the hometown they proudly call the “absolute best” – no matter what madness unfolds around them. The slice-of-life story is based on the manga of the same name.

Doraemon will be receiving a brand new English dub with the aim of refreshing the Doraemon library for English-speaking audiences and introducing a timeless Japanese icon to new viewers. The series follows Doraemon, a time-travelling cat-type robot, who is sent from the future to help Nobita, a well-meaning but clumsy young boy. Armed with an endless assortment of futuristic secret gadgets, pulled from his four-dimensional pocket, Doraemon helps him navigate everyday childhood challenges and school life, in extraordinary sci-fi adventures and heartwarming stories. With its timeless humour and universal themes, Doraemon is celebrated for its core values of optimistic problem-solving, deep friendship, and emotional resonance.

Liza Colón-Zayas and Jeff Hiller will announce the Emmy nominations July 8. It will stream live at 8:30 a.m. PT/11:30 a.m. ET. Both are previous Emmy winners.

An animated Survivor inspired movie is in the works. The project would see animals competing in a Survivor like competition. Host Jeff Probst announced the project.

See You at Work Tomorrow! premieres June 22 on Prime Video. Blending workplace satire with irresistible romantic tension, the series follows the unexpected romance between Kang Si-woo, the company’s most avoided team leader, and Cha Ji-yoon, a seventh-year product planner who has sworn off dating after a painful breakup. Burned out from corporate life, Ji-yoon lives by efficiency, deadlines and the simple joy of fried chicken and beer after clocking out right on time – but her closed heart begins to open again when Si-woo enters her life. Based on the Webtoon, the series captures the heart, humour and heat of modern workplace romance while telling the story of people who, no matter how difficult the day has been, still show up for work the next morning.
