Actor Josh Duhamel and Singer Fergie Tie the Knot!

Congratulations are in order to actor Josh Duhamel (ex-Leo, AMC) and singer/actress Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson who recently wed.

On January 10th, singer/actress  Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson wed her Prince Charming, former “All My Children” and “Las Vegas” star Josh Duhamel. The ceremony was held in Malibu at the Church Estates Vineyards. The couple got married under magnolia trees with thousands of white roses – the exact kind of wedding Fergie was dreaming of. The wedding ceremony began at 5p.m. and the reception was held at the grounds of the Vineyards. Fergie wore a Dolce & Gabbana (her favorite) white dress and millions of dollars of diamonds, all befitting the Duchess. Duhamel also wore Dolce & Gabbana. Guests at the wedding included Las Vegas co-stars James Caan, Molly Sims and Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda, “General Hospital”), Black Eyed Peas band member will.i.am, Kid Rock, and Mario Lopez (ex-Christian, “The Bold and the Beautiful”).

We first saw Duhamel when he joined “All My Children” as ne’er do well Leo Du Pres in 1999. He very quickly became a fan favorite with his storylines involving Rebecca Budig (Greenlee Smythe). Duhamel left AMC in 2002 and quickly landed a role on the NBC hit “Las Vegas” which ran for five years. During his tenure on “Las Vegas,” he also starred in the movies Turistas, Transformers and the Picture of Dorian Grey. It was on the “Las Vegas”set in 2004 that he met Fergie, whom he had admitted to having a crush on.

Fergie (real name Stacy Ferguson) is a former child star first seen on the television show “Kid’s Incorporated. ” After she left the show, she and cast mate Renee Sands formed the group Wild Orchid. They had some success, releasing two albums. In 2003 she was asked to join The Black Eyed Peas and became known as Fergie. She later went on to release a solo album to massive success, scoring hits such as Big Girls Don’t Cry and London Bridges. Fergie has also continued to act as well and has just finished filming Nine which stars Daniel Day Lewis and Sophia Loren.

As to the recent rumors of a little Stacy or Josh on the horizon – the couple have repeatedly denied the rumors.
