Emily (Mamie Gummer) was caught off guard last week on Emily Owens, M.D. when Micah (Michael Rady) surprised her with a kiss. But what happens when a newly single Will (Justin Hartley) finds out that Emily might be moving on?

In “Emily and the Leap,” Emily finds herself in a confusing situation. Even though she had no clue Micah liked her (Oh, Emily), she realizes that she has feelings for him too. But then Will tells Emily that seeing her with Micah makes him jealous and Emily is left confused. Which guy will she choose to take a leap with?

Elsewhere in the episode, Emily and Tyra (Kelly McCreary) treat an unruly woman who has a home hoarding issue that leads Emily to wonder if the woman’s personality changes are affected by her cats. Will is upset when Cassandra (Aja Naomi King) is strictly business around him and seemingly unaffected by their breakup, which causes him to misdiagnose a patient. Micah’s sister comes to town when she learns the truth about their mother.
