Former 'L Word' Actress Comes To '90210'

There is another girl moving into our favorite zip code. The CW has confirmed that Jessica Lucas will be joining the cast in the recurring role of Kimberly, a snarky transfer student who catches the eye of one of the guys.

There is another girl moving into our favorite zip code. The CW has confirmed that Jessica Lucas will be joining the cast in the recurring role of Kimberly, a snarky transfer student who catches the eye of one of the guys. Of course Kimberly has some secrets up her sleeves. It wouldn’t be 90210 if she didn’t have some kind of baggage.

Lucas has an extensive resume behind her. From 1992 through 1994 she attended the Children’s Theatre Arts for professional training. Since the age of seven she has had steady work. She was a series regular in Life as We Know It . Lucas has also appeared in The L Word, She’s the Man, several episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and in the sci-fi movie Cloverfield in which she was one of the lead characters.

Lucas will first appear on October 7. Whose eye will she catch? Word is that it’s not Ethan Ward (Dustin Milligan) since he will have a lot going on in the romance department. My money’s on Dixon…
