Eric Winter Marries!

Eric Winter (ex-Rex, DAYS) married his girlfriend of 2 years in Puerto Rico on Saturday.

Former soap star Eric Winter (ex-Rex, Days of Our Lives) married Rosalyn Sanchez, star of the hit CBS drama Without a Trace this weekend.

The pair has been dating since 2006 and became engaged in January 2008. This is Eric’s second marriage. The two married in San Juan, Puerto Rico in front of 250 guests. According to reports, Sanchez wore a princess-style dress with hand-embroidered pearls and diamonds created by Venezuelan designer Angel Sanchez. Winter wore a suit by Calvin Klein.

Winter grew up in La Puente, California and graduated from UCLA with a degree in psychology. In 2002 he snagged the role of Rex Brady, the son of Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) on the NBC serial Days of Our Lives.  Along with twin sister Cassie (Alexis Thorpe), the two were originally thought to be aliens as they were discovered half-naked during a meteor shower in Salem. Initially it was discovered they were the children of Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), which was later proved false.

Before joining Days of Our Lives in 2002, Winter appeared on various primetime shows such as Profiler, Undressed, The Parkers and The Andy Dick show. Non-soap fans will recognize Winter from the Britney Spears “Curious” commercials. Winter’s departed DAYS in 2005 to focus on other projects. Since then he’s appeared on South Beach, CSI, Love Inc, Wildfire, Viva Laughlin, The Ex-List and most notably Brothers & Sisters and Moonlight.

Congratulations Eric and Rosalyn!
