Lulu chooses a new path in life to clean up her father’s mess.
SINS OF THE FATHER
This week, Elizabeth is again distracted at work by a vision of Jake, but this time she makes a potentially fatal mistake. Meanwhile, Lucky, Nikolas and Aiden bond together at Kelly’s, still unaware of the child’s true paternity. Lulu appeals to Lucky to drop the twelve-step approach with Luke. Later, Lulu tries to clean up the mess her father has made at the Haunted Star, but she faces Luke’s fury instead. Luke confides in Sonny his fear that he is becoming his father, Tim Spencer. Luke tells the Spencer family that he will go to rehab and Lucky insists he must go that night. Luke fights Lucky’s request to go to rehab that night, but Lucky takes drastic action to ensure Luke makes the trip. Tracy leaves Luke at Shadybrook to begin his new journey, but will it be one he completes? Siobhan and Maxie privately admit to each other that they know the secret of Aiden’s true paternity.
Elizabeth is shaken when she discovers that her grieving state distracted her into making a serious mistake at work. Later, Elizabeth breaks down in front of Siobhan. Lulu worries that when her dad returns from rehab, he won’t be the Luke Spencer she knows and loves. Dante admits he believes that Jake would still be alive if Luke was not drinking. Lulu resigns from Crimson and decides to run the Haunted Star. Lulu is thrilled with her newfound direction in life, but Dante reminds her that no matter how much she loves her father, Luke needs to find his own way. Elizabeth empathizes with a mother whose son was hit by a car and brought into General Hospital.
ELSEWHERE IN PORT CHARLES
Sonny assures Brenda that he can keep their family safe. Jax and Carly try to compromise but fail to meet in the middle. Johnny gets a desperate call from his main squeeze Lisa, but he flat out refuses to help her. In an effort to clear Abby’s name, Michael breaks into Johnny’s penthouse and is greeted by Anthony’s shotgun. Ethan comforts Kristina as she suffers through symptoms of withdrawal, which causes her to fall even harder for him. Kristina goes to Brenda for help to dress “older” as Sonny overhears. Sonny and Brenda’s friction increases as Brenda tries to rationalize Kristina’s behavior.
Jax orders Alexis to file for sole custody. Johnny overhears Anthony on a phone call with the hired hit woman and ties him up. Johnny and Michael work together to apprehend Anthony’s hit woman and bring her into the PCPD. Alexis admits there is no court order – she hoped Jax and Carly would come to a compromise with shared custody. Robin and Patrick enjoy working at the hospital finally free of Lisa. Jason and Anthony face off.
