Custody Hearing Hijinks
Brenda reveals the recent attack on her and Alec during Carly and Jax’s custody hearing. Later, Sonny takes the stand just as Carly stops the proceedings – appealing to the judge for joint custody. The judge makes a decision, Sonny discovers Jax paid off the court appointed mediator, and he blackmails her. Jax and Brenda discuss as Carly takes unusual comfort from Alexis’s advice.
Jax falls trap to Sonny’s devious plans to grossly incriminate him as Sonny and Brenda seemingly reconcile. Molly and Morgan take matters into their own hands and they run away with Josslyn. Jax is arrested for assault and drugs, to his shock and anger and Brenda is horrified that Sonny framed Jax. Meanwhile, the children hideout at the vacant pizza shack and Carly receives a ransom note from Anthony Zacchara (written by Molly and Morgan, who hope this action will cause Carly and Jax to reconcile).
ELSEWHERE IN PORT CHARLES
Angry with her near death in surgery, Siobhan turns protective over Lucky and accuses Liz of more nefarious reasons for the accident. Robin easily takes over the responsibilities of chief of staff, as Patrick adjusts to his wife bossing him around at work. A concerned Maxie feels Spinelli packing a gun, and Spinelli as Jackal, P.I. confronts Anthony Zacchara.
Ethan continues to exaggerate his interest in Abby, but Kristina does not buy it. Ethan exaggerates again, hoping to scare Kristina away by inviting her to an overly illegal Las Vegas trip. His plan backfires when she makes big plans to join him in Vegas!
Javier takes a special interest to Lulu. Later, undercover Dante saves Lulu from an overeager patron at the Bordello, drawing Javier’s attention. Lupe inadvertently gets a glance of Dante’s badge. Lulu refuses to abandon the ruse in hopes her quest to find Luke will succeed. In a surprise attack, Javier’s men compromise Dante as Javier attempts to harm Lulu.

Brenda announces she is leaving Sonny after what he did to Jax. Lucky and Liz come together for Aiden’s birthday – and Liz graciously invites Siobhan. With Maxie’s help, Jason picks out an engagement ring for Sam. Jax says goodbye to Michael, Morgan and Josslyn. Robin, Chief of Staff, becomes a nightmare to Patrick, Matt and Steve.
