The CW has released the first look at the upcoming season of Vampire Diaries and it’s filled with Elena’s struggle, Bonnie’s witchy antics, a new bad guy and the usual Damon one-liner.
The Vampire Diaries returns in five weeks! If you already think that feels like forever, the CW’s newly released promo is only going to make it worse.
Here’s what goes down in the promo: A confused Elena asks if she’s dead and struggles with the reality of her situation as Damon shrugs it off and tells her, “Feed or die.” Stefan promises to be there for her while Bonnie tries to cross over to the other side and bring a human Elena back to her. Caroline and Tyler get hot and heavy before an Inception-like car accident involving a creepy priest that ends up on Elena’s doorstep. It’s Damon to the rescue as he seizes the man by the throat, but will he be able to stop whatever this guy is planning?
Looks like we’ll have to wait until October 11at 8PM to find out.
