Melissa Claire Egan is having a blast on CBS’ The Young and the Restless. Her alter ego Chelsea, a former bad girl, is caught in between two hunky men, the brooding Adam and all-around good guy Dylan. “I am really happy. I have been working with Michael Muhney and Steve Burton, so I am with the best of the best,” said the Egan. “The writers have been writing really good story for me so I feel really lucky.”
The Outstanding Supporting Actress nominee also shared what it was like working with new co-star Steve Burton. “We have so much fun. We laugh a lot, he has lots of energy. ”
“Chelsea’s due date is approaching and fireworks are probably going to happen,” previewed the actress about her upcoming storyline. “Nobody will tell me exactly what happens, but I am excited and you’ll just need to keep watching to see.”
