ABC has released a new General Hospital promo for the week of June 9. Who was behind the wheel of the vehicle that caused Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina’s (Teresa Castillo) accident and the death of their child?
When a hit-and-run led to Sabrina going into premature labor, Patrick and Sabrina hoped their newborn son, Gabriel Drake Santiago would be able to pull though. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything the doctors could do to save their child. As Sam (Kelly Monaco) accurately points out to Rafe (Jimmy Deshler), “That coward is responsible for a child’s death.”

Sam begins investigating the cause of Sabrina and Patrick’s accident, determined to find the person behind the death of her friend’s son. Viewers know Ava (Maura West) threatened to do harm to Sabrina and her child should Carlos take the fall for AJ’s murder, but is she truly the one behind the accident? Was Luke responsible for the accident while trying to target Emma Scorpio-Drake to silence Spencer? Or was it someone completely unexpected?
