Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is boosting its ranks for the third season, casting Constance Zimmer in a new mysterious role.
The House of Cards and Entourage alum is coming off a great role on Lifetime’s summer soap UnReal, where she plays Quinn, villainous producer who’ll do whatever it takes to provide great TV. Though much about her Agents of SHIELD role is unknown, what is known is she’ll play they head of a mysterious new government agency that’ll cross paths with SHIELD as they both search for new Inhumans (people whose super powered abilities are triggered by the Terrigen Mist).
Constance Zimmer’s character will serve as a foil to Director Coulson (Clark Gregg) and will appear in the season 3 premiere, airing Tuesday, September 29.
