It’s tough for me to watch this show lately because I hate the story for Ste and Harry so much. Frankly, it’s unwatchable. I’ve actually been avoiding watching this show because I just can’t stomach what’s passing for entertainment.
This homeless storyline is awful. I guess the show is playing it for laughs even though it’s not very funny, mostly because Ste and Harry come across as clueless jerks who do the same thing over and over and expect different results.
Every time they move in with someone, they don’t seem in a rush to find a job, make messes, sit around in their underwear playing video games and drop trou anytime and anywhere to have sex. The first time it was annoying, the third time it’s bad writing. I think we’re on the fifth at this point.
I did love James pointing out what a loser Ste was. I know James is supposed to be the ‘bad’ guy, but what he said was on point.
I guess James’ plan is to get Harry into bed? Well, I guess that makes more sense than James plotting to seduce drug addicted, homeless HIV positive Ste.
Loved Harry’s short shorts, but it’s sad to see what has been done to Harry’s character as a result of his relationship with Ste. Ruined. He used to be a somewhat sweet kid.
How do Harry and Ste afford drinks in bars, eating out and hair care products when they don’t have a home?
I really don’t care how often the show tries to convince me otherwise and true love, I will never buy this relationship. I still find them very forced.
So I’m gonna guess that Tom is not only alive, but started the explosion and faked his death in order to cover what he’d done?
I love how Aaron, who can’t hold a job longer than a few weeks, turns down offers for jobs he’s not even remotely qualified for because he’s feeling some self pity.
Aaron and Nate are still soooooo boring as a couple. And their dynamic consists of one of them pacifying the other they have done something stupid and usually illegal. Make it stop! I’m praying this ‘dark’ storyline ahead for Aaron makes them interesting.
While Kalle shouldn’t have pushed and shoved Elias, he does have the right to be angry with him. Elias is no innocent and he had no business telling Lari anything. And he did it, not out of ‘friendship’ but because he wants Lari for himself.
I do think that Lari will probably forgive Kalle and they’ll get back to
gether. It’s worth remembering that Lari does love Kalle and like Sanni pointed out, Lari has made plenty of mistakes and Kalle
Of course I don’t think that’ll be the end of it, my guess is Kalle’s drinking problem will only get worse and that’ll be what eventually ends things between he and Lari and Lari will find his way back to Elias.
One thing is true though. When Lari told Elias he was pathetic, he was right. Sure Elias was right about Kalle cheating, but Elias sitting around and pining for a guy who doesn’t want him for almost two years now is the definition of patheitc. Remember when Elias went away to grow up and get over Lari? What happened to that guy?
I’m gonna be honest, I didn’t get the meaning of the bit at the end with Eman. It really just went over my head.
As for the rest, Tinco’s father came around really quickly. I’m guessing the show isn’t going to make a big drama out of the boys’ coming out which is kind of refreshing.
I liked how when Tinco came out to his sister, she gave him a high five when she found out about the ‘hot guy’ he was dating.
