‘The 100’ Final Season Opening Credits Revealed

0

With The 100 returning in just 19 days from today on May 20th, 2020 the lack of promotion has been startling and disappointing. However, show-runner Jason Rothenberg has taken to twitter to release a little treat for fans of the post-apocalyptic drama in the form of a title sequence.

Some things are familiar from the opening credits (hello Sanctum!) while others are brand new (is that an ice planet we see/why does that green thing look like a Tie Fighter from Star Wars?) while we have the eerie yet almost comforting music in the background. Hello, old friend. I recognize you.

Fans who have been desperate for a trailer, a poster (sorry for using the season six one for the featured image, it’s the most current one we have), or really a hint of any kind that the The 100 still exists will no doubt have fun analyzing the opening credits and compiling all the clues they can about the mysterious final season. And they’ve already begun.
