There will be no season 4 for TBS/adult swim animated series Final Space. The cancellation comes after season 3 was left on a bleak cliffhanger. The upcoming Warner/Discovery merger is partially to blame for the cancellation. As a personal favorite series of mine, I will miss this one a lot.
Nickelodeon and CBS Sports are teaming up again for another alternate NFL playoff game broadcast.The game will air January 16 and will again feature kids commentary, on screen graphics and allows for a fun kid friendly viewing experience. Additionally, Nickelodeon will air NFL Slimetime, a half hour weekly series hosted by Nate Burleson and Young Dylan. The series will feature Nick-ified highlights and game footage, youth football spotlights, special guest appearances by Nick stars, interviews with NFL players, and entertaining segments highlighting players and teams on and off the field. The 23 episode series premieres September 15.
Netflix’s dramedy series Gentefied returns for season 2 November 10. The half hour series picks up following the events of the season 1 finale.
Aquaman: King of Atlantis is set to premiere on HBO Max beginning October 14. The three episode animated series has a unique animation style similar to that of Thundercats Roar. The trailer is out now.
Daryl Edwards has been upped to series regular for the upcoming fourth and final season of Manifest. Edwards has recurred on the series since the pilot. The 20 episode final season will stream on Netflix.
Apple TV+ has acquired the Yo Gabba Gabba! Back catalog. It has also orders 20 new half hour episodes to premiere on the streaming service.
Food Network has ordered No Recipe Road Trip with the Try Guys. The series stars the popular YouTube group as they cook their way across America.
HBO has ordered more Real Time with Bill Maher. Two seasons will air thorough the 2024 season.
Netflix’s new animated series Karma’s World is set to premiere October 15. The series was created by rapper Ludacris.
TBS’s The Last O.G. is set to return for season 4 on October 26. The series stars Tracy Morgan and will premiere with back to back episodes.
