Disney+ released the full trailer for the much anticipated new Star Wars series The Book of Boba Fett. The series which was spun off of Disney+’s The Mandalorian explores legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate. The series starring Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen will premiere December 29. 

Roku’s Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist Christmas Movie has been given a premiere date. Set to premiere December 1, the movie will explore Zoey’s first holiday without her father. Zoey attempts to create a magical Christmas for her family just like the ones Mitch used to do. The entire cast are set to reprise their roles following NBC’s decision to cancel the series after two seasons. If the movie does well enough, Roku may order additional episodes. 

Following the success of The New York Times Presents’ Controlling Britney Spears, the investigative reporters are doing a new series focusing on the Janet Jackson Super Bowl Half Time Show controversy. Malfunction: The Dressing Down of Janet Jackson examines the racial and cultural currents that collided on the Super Bowl stage, and explores how the incident impacted one of the most successful pop musicians in history. It will premiere November 19 on FX and hulu. 

NBC’s Law & Order revival series has announced a new cast member. Jeffrey Donovan will be joining the series portraying an NYPD detective. It is believed addition former cast members will make appearances on the revival series. 

Eugene Levy has been announced as the host for the upcoming Apple TV+ travel series The Reluctant Traveler. Levy will travel the world, exploring the culture, people and places he comes across. 

HBO Max has ordered a new cooking competition series called The Big Brunch. The series will be hosted by Dan Levy. Chefs will compete for a prize all while sharing their personal stories and business dreams. 

Jenna Dewan has been upped to a series regular on the current fourth season of ABC’s The Rookie. Dewan first appeared last season and has been recurring since as the romantic interest of Nathan Fillion’s character. . 

The pilot episode of Peacock’s new series Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol is getting an airing on NBC. The episode will replace a scheduled repeat of Ordinary Joe at 10 on November 8, ahead of the series’ season finale on Peacock. 

Bravo has ordered a new installment of their Real Housewives franchise. The eleventh city that will be joining is The Real Housewives of Dubai. The series will highlight a group of women navigating their relationships, careers, and supremely lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates.

Country superstar and Food Network’s host Trisha Yearwood is heading to The White House for a Thanksgiving special titled A White House Thanksgiving. Trisha Yearwood will get a look at the First Family’s Thanksgiving traditions and favorite recipes when she meets First Lady Jill Biden. The special will air November 20. 

OWN drama David Makes Man has been acquired by HBO Max to stream. Also joining the service are sitcoms Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, In the House, The Jamie Foxx Show, Martin and The Parent ‘Hood. 

Simon Cowell was set to return to judging in the UK for his new series Walk The Line. Cowell has been replaced by Gary Barlow as he focuses on producing the series. Maya Jama and Craig David are also set as judges for the new series. 

Tracy Morgan has been announced as the new voice of Early Cuyler in adult swim’s final season of Squidbillies. The final season premieres November 7. 

Hosts Freddie Flintoff, Chris Harris and Paddy McGuinness are back for an all new season of Top Gear. The BBC America series returns for season 31 November 23. 

Fox released a preview for the upcoming new cooking series Next Level Chef from chef Gordon Ramsay. Chefs Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais join Ramsay to mentor contestants. The series is set to premiere January 2.
