Andor will now premiere on Disney+ September 21. The Star Wars series will also debut with three episodes. The twelve episode series takes place prior to the events of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. It explores a new perspective from the Star Wars galaxy, focusing on Cassian Andor’s journey to discover the difference he can make. The series brings forward the tale of the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire and how people and planets became involved. It’s an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue where Cassian will embark on the path that is destined to turn him into a rebel hero. The series is already renewed for a second season. 

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners premieres on Netflix this September. The ten episode series follows a street kid trying to survive in Night City – a technology and body modification-obsessed city of the future. Having everything to lose, he stays alive by becoming an edgerunner – a mercenary outlaw also known as a cyberpunk. 

Season two of The D’Amelio Show premieres on hulu September 28 with the first two episodes. From public relationships, to private struggles, to new pursuits, with millions watching their every move, each decision The D’Amelio family makes comes with unfathomable pressure and scrutiny, in an era when comments and opinions are hard to tune out. Dixie and Charli struggle to separate their own self-love and identity from their online presence. Marc and Heidi parent in uncharted territory, as they try to protect their family from new pitfalls at every turn. With their spectacular rise comes one-in-a-lifetime opportunities from business to personal relationships, but can they hold on to what matters most-staying together as a tight-knit family?

NBC has renewed Weakest Link for a third season. Hosted by Jane Lynch, the new season will consist of twenty episodes, up from the thirteen episode second season. In each episode, eight contestants enter the studio as total strangers but must work together to bank the maximum amount of prize money available in each round. The contestants take turns to answer general knowledge questions to build chains of correct answers. Consecutive correct answers greatly increase the value of the chain, while incorrect answers break the chain and force the contestants to start over on the lowest rung with the smallest amount money. At the end of each round, contestants vote to eliminate the fellow contestant they consider to be the “Weakest Link” in the chain. The contestant who receives the highest number of votes leaves the game as the host declares the iconic phrase, “You are the Weakest Link. Goodbye.” 

The Flash will be ending with its upcoming ninth season. The final run of the series starring Grant Gustin will consist of thirteen episodes, making it the shortest season in its long run. Original stars Candice Patton and Danielle Panabaker will also be returning. Jesse L. Martin who has starred since the first season will only be returning in a handful of episodes as he is attached to NBC’s pilot The Irrational. The series ending will likely be the end of The CW’s “Arrowverse.”

Bravo’s Top Chef is heading to London for season twenty. The special season will be a World All-Stars season with host Padma Lakshmi, head judge Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons all returning. The greatest competitors from Top Chef iterations around the globe, including winners and finalists, will face off in the fiercest battle the culinary competition has ever seen. With 29 international versions, Top Chef World All-Stars will bring together 16 of the most talented, creative and decorated chefs who have competed in their respective countries’ versions of the series as they vie for the ultimate “Top Chef” title. 

Prime Video’s The Boys has promoted Cameron Crovetti to series regular for the upcoming fourth season. He previously recurred in the first few seasons. Valorie Curry and Susan Heyward have also joined the cast for the upcoming season. Curry will portray Firecracker while Heyward will portray Sister Sage. 

WOW – Women Of Wrestling is set to premiere the weekend of September 17 in national syndication. Led by the larger-than-life WOW Superheroes and their in-ring rivalries, WOW is an action-packed saga that plays out at high-energy live events and in weekly syndication across the U.S. As the only all-female wrestling organization with a global footprint, WOW showcases supreme athleticism, dramatic and inspiring storylines, and is centered 24/7 around empowering and uplifting women and fans around the world. It will air on station groups including CBS owned and operated stations, Sinclair Communications, Nexstar Broadcasting, Hearst Television, TEGNA Media, Weigel Broadcasting, Gray Media and Cox Television.

Showtime has ordered comedy pilot Mason. The potential series is a surrealist comedy about a quiet man named Nathan, often misheard as “Mason,” seeking connection in a loud world. It is based on the real-life experiences of comedian Nathan Min. The pilot hails from A24 and will be directed and executive produced by Daniels, the team behind the film Everything Everywhere All at Once. Nathan Min created and will star in the project. Steven Yeun will also executive produce. 

Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning are set to host The 56th Annual CMA Awards. The ceremony will air on ABC November 9. Bryan returns for a second consecutive year to host the CMA Awards, while Manning is a first-time host. 

HBO Max has released all eight seasons of Game of Thrones in 4K Ultra HD, HDR 10, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos globally, on select devices. Users in the U.S. must be subscribed to the ad-free plan. New episodes of House of the Dragon will also be available In additional formats when the series premieres August 21. 

Eight years after the final episode, Totally Spies is returning for a seventh season in 2023. The animated spy series follows three friends who balance high school and their jobs as spies. The new season will see Sam, Clover and Alex in a new city facing off against new villains. The new season will consist of 26 episodes. 

Following a five year absence, the original Big Brother is returning to the UK on ITV. The initial run of the series ran for seventeen series. The new season will premiere in 2023 and air on ITV2 and stream on the upcoming service ITVX

Annie Q. Riegel will recur on hulu’s Career Opportunities in Murder and Mayhem. The series stars Mandy Patinkin and will consist of ten episodes. 

Milo Manheim will star in Paramount+’s young adult series School Spirits. He joins Peyton List in the series based on the graphic novel by Nate & Megan Trinrud and Maria Nguyen. 

Rick Cosnett will recur in Apple TV+’s Mrs. American Pie. He joins Kristen Wiig, Ricky Martin, Alison Janney, and Laura Dern in the comedy series. 

Adam Ray has joined the cast of hulu’s Chippendales drama Immigrant. He joins Kumail Nanjiani, Murray Bartlett, Annaleigh Ashford, Dan Stevens and Juliette Lewis.

Kimi Rutledge has joined the cast of Netflix’s Obliterated. She joins in a recasting, replacing Amalia Yoo. The series also stars Nick Zano and Shelley Hennig. 

Georgina Reilly will recur on NBC’s Quantum Leap. The reboot of the sci fi series stars Raymond Lee 

Jordane Christie will recur on Apple TV+’s The Big Cigar. The six episode limited series stars André Holland and Moses Ingram. 

Jimi Stanton, Lilli Kay and Benjamin Flores Jr. have been promoted to series regulars on Your Honor. The three recurred in the first season of the Showtime series. The series starring Bryan Cranston was initially a limited series, but will now end with its second season. 

Bonnie Mbuli will star in AMC’s The Driver. She joins Giancarlo Esposito and Paula Malcomson in the series based on the British series of the same name. The series premieres September 19. 

HGTV has renewed 100 Day Dream Home for a new season of twelve episodes. The series stars husband-wife duo Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt who design and build custom, move-in ready homes for clients in Tampa, Florida, in an astonishing 100 days or less. It will premiere in spring 2023. 

Peacock’s Everything I Know About Love premieres August 25. Four friends. One story of great love. A messy, raucous stumble into bad dates and heartaches – and surviving your twenties. The seven episode dramedy series is based on the bestseller by Dolly Alderton. 

Drive Hard: The Maloof Way premieres on Netflix August 26. The eight episode series follows legendary racer Sammy Maloof and his family of racers and stunt drivers as they build the world’s baddest cars to make sure their clients take the checkered flag on race day. And when the racing dust settles, the Maloofs pull back the curtain on professional stunt driving as they practice and execute the most action-packed feats imaginable. 

Docuseries Legacy: The True Story of the LA Lakers premieres on hulu August 15 with two episodes. The series captures the remarkable rise and unprecedented success of one of the most dominant and iconic franchises in professional sports. Featuring exclusive access to the Buss Family and probing, revealing interviews with players, coaches, and front office execs, this 10 episode documentary series chronicles this extraordinary story from the inside – told only by the people who lived it. When charismatic real estate tycoon Dr. Jerry Buss purchased the Los Angeles Lakers in a wildly risky and complex business deal, nobody could’ve predicted just how much success was to come.

Recipes for Love and Murder premieres on Acorn TV September 5. Two new episodes will premiere weekly every Monday through October 3. Based on Sally Andrew’s best-selling novels “A Tannie Maria Mystery,” the ten episode series follows a newspaper recipe advice columnist, Tannie Maria (“Auntie Maria” in Afrikaans), who offers guidance and counsel and helps investigate crimes in her small town in the vibrant, beautiful region of the Karoo in South Africa. 

Cars on the Road will premiere on Disney+ on Disney+ Day, September 8. The series follows Lightning McQueen and his best friend Mater as they head east from Radiator Springs on a cross-country road trip to meet up with Mater’s sister. Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy will reprise their roles in the nine episode series.
