ABC has made some changes to its summer schedule. The Bachelorette will be moving up an hour from 8-10. Claim To Fame will be moving to 10. The moves will happen July 24. The Prank Panel will move from Sundays to Thursdays at 9 starting July 27. Celebrity Family Feud will move up an hour to 8 and $100,000 Pyramid will move up an hour to 9. 

Netflix has ordered a multi-episode docuseries following the US Women’s National Team’s World Cup journey, set to premiere this fall. The all-access sports series will allow audiences to intimately follow the US Women’s National Team’s players and coaches and reveal an inside look at the most decorated team in soccer history. Viewers will get a first-hand look at the pressure, the euphoria, the joy, and the hardships that these world-class athletes experience as they strive to capture their third World Cup title in a row. Issues ranging from racial diversity, LGBTQ+ rights, equal pay, family, and motherhood are all brought to light as the narrative unfolds.

Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the New York Jets will premiere on HBO August 8. The five episode series will mark the 18th edition of the series, embedding camera crews at the Jets’ training camp in Florham Park, N.J. to chronicle third-year head coach Robert Saleh preparing his team of young emerging stars and prominent veterans — most notably, four-time NFL MVP, Aaron Rodgers, Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year Garrett Wilson and Sauce Gardner, and defensive All-Pros C.J. Mosley and Quinnen Williams — for the upcoming NFL season. The New York Jets were last featured on Hard Knocks in 2010, when former head coach Rex Ryan was at the helm.

The Big Nailed It Baking Challenge premieres on Netflix August 4. After 7 seasons of eating A LOT of debatably edible treats, Nicole and Jacques are ready to up the ante and give a group of motivated but inexperienced bakers the opportunity of a lifetime. Over the course of 10 episodes, Nicole and Jacques will provide 10 bakers with every tool and resource they need to go from OH NO to PRO. They’ll be coached by world-renowned pastry chefs and be given the training necessary for a professional baker to succeed. The stakes and bakes are higher than ever because only the best bakers will make it to the end and compete for a huge cash prize that can help make their baking dreams come true! 

There are two episodes of Secret Invasion left to air on Disney+. Set in the present day MCU, Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos, who has made a life for himself on Earth. Together they race against time to thwart an imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity. The series finale will air July 26. 

Adult Swim’s new block called Checkered Past will premiere August 28 at 5PM. This moves the start time of Adult Swim to an even earlier time. Series set to appear include Dexter’s Laboratory, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Ed, Edd, n’ Eddy.

ABC announced today that Gerry Turner, the charming 71-year-old patriarch from Indiana, is the network’s first Golden Bachelor, showcasing that love stories, like so many other things, only get better with age. Turner will begin handing out roses when The Golden Bachelor premieres this fall. A retired restaurateur and doting father and grandfather, Gerry [GAIR-ee] Turner lives in his dream house on a beautiful lake in Indiana. He’s often busy hosting barbecues, playing pickleball, cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams, four-wheeling and spending time with friends and family at restaurants and local haunts. Always a romantic, Turner married his high school sweetheart, Toni, in 1974. Together, they lived a full and happy life with their two daughters, Angie and Jenny, and later two granddaughters, Charlee and Payton. Sadly, after 43 years together, Toni suddenly fell ill and passed away in 2017. Six years after Toni’s passing and with the support of his family, Turner is ready to put himself out there and find a love that will stand the test of time in his golden years.

Seo Hyun-jin and Gong Yoo are set to star in Netflix’s mystery series The Trunk. The story draws a whirlwind of unforeseen events and secrets after a mystifying trunk is found in the depths of a lake. Seo Hyun-jin will play In-ji, an employee of an intriguing matchmaking organization, NM. Gong Yoo is set to depict Jeong-won, a solitary music producer who finds himself in an unexpected marriage contract with In-ji. Jeong-won ironically encounters his ‘second wife’ In-ji through a contract-based marriage service arranged by his ex-wife Seo-yeon. However, their lives take a twist when a mysterious trunk found in the lake throws them into a whirlwind of secrets and events behind the matchmaking service. 

Peacock will be raising the price of its streaming service. Premium tier will rise a dollar to $5.99. Premium Plus will rise two dollars to $11.99. The price changes will go into effect August 17. 

Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead will premiere on Netflix August 3. Akira Tendo works at an exploitative company where he suffers endless hours and harassment from his boss. Spending more days feeling dead than alive, he awakes to discover his town has been devastated and overtaken by zombies and suddenly feels excited at the prospect of not needing to go to the office anymore. After witnessing an older co-worker he looked up to become a zombie, he comes to the realization that he’d rather be eaten by zombies if he can’t do what he wants. Akira comes up with a bucket list of 100 things he wants to do before becoming a zombie. He crosses these items off the list as he experiences stay-at-home camping, paragliding, SUP yoga and other long-held dreams. What will become of him as he joyfully lives his life amid a zombie apocalypse?! And, as he holds on to his dream to become a superhero who saves everyone, what will happen when he battles a massive and deadly zombie shark!? 

American Nightmare: Becoming Cody Rhodes premieres on Peacock July 31. Cody Rhodes grew up living in the shadow of his father, WWE Hall of Famer “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. In 2016, Cody risked it all by leaving WWE to make a name for himself, becoming the “American Nightmare.” This intimate and revealing documentary, narrated by Stephen Amell, follows Cody’s journey away from the WWE, and his return at WrestleMania 38 last year, as he chases the dream of winning the WWE championship, the one title his father was never able to claim. Through never-before-seen footage and unprecedented access, this Peacock Original illustrates the transformation of a man who is blazing a new trail in sports entertainment.
