Peacock has canceled Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin after one season. The series was previously renewed for a second season, but the streamer has now reversed its decision. The series is a spinoff of the Pitch Perfect movie trilogy. The series followed Bumper Allen as he moved to Germany to revive his music career when one of his songs becomes big in Berlin.

Season two of 30 Coins premieres on HBO October 23. In the new season, most residents of Pedraza, a remote town in Spain plagued by inexplicable, demonic events, have lost their minds and are confined to a psychiatric hospital. Elena lies comatose in a Madrid hospital bed; Paco, shattered by remorse, tries to take care of her. As horror intensifies around them, our group of heroes must face a mysterious new enemy – someone so perverse that even the devil fears him.

Squid Game: The Challenge premieres November 22 on Netflix. 456 real players will enter the competition show in pursuit of a life-changing reward of USD $4.56 million. As they compete through a series of games inspired by the original show – plus surprising new additions – their strategies, alliances, and character will be put to the test while competitors are eliminated around them.

Season two of The Eminence in Shadow premieres on HIDIVE October 4. It will air in both sub and dub. Everything has been going according to plan, but the hour of awakening draws near. Cid Kagenou and Shadow Garden investigate the Lawless City, a cesspool where the red moon hangs low in the sky and three powerful monarchs rule the streets. The true draw for Cid, however, is one who can draw blood–the Blood Queen, a vampire who has slumbered in her coffin for eons. Her awakening approaches, and Cid could finally face a day of reckoning.

Animated series Blue Eye Samurai will premiere on Netflix November 3. The series follows a mixed-race master of the sword who lives a life in disguise while seeking revenge in Edo-period Japan. The voice cast includes Maya Erskine, George Takei, Masi Oka, Randall Park, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Brenda Song, and Darren Barnet.

Ads will be coming soon to Amazon’s Prime Video service. Starting in early 2024, limited ads will appear during breaks. To avoid ads, Prime members will have the option to pay an additional $2.99.

Warner Bros. Discovery Sports has announced its commentator lineup for the 2023-2024 NHL on TNT season.
