Season two of Reacher will premiere on Prime Video December 15 with the first three episodes. The remainder of the season will roll out with one episode a week. Based on “Bad Luck and Trouble,” the 11th book in Lee Child’s series, the season begins when veteran military police investigator Jack Reacher receives a coded message that the members of his former U.S. Army unit, the 110th MP Special Investigations, are being mysteriously and brutally murdered one by one. Pulled from his drifter lifestyle, Reacher reunites with three of his former teammates turned chosen family to investigate, including Frances Neagley; Karla Dixon, a forensic accountant for whom Reacher has long had a soft spot; and fast-talking, switchblade-wielding family man David O’Donnell. Together, they begin to connect the dots in a mystery where the stakes get higher at every turn, and that brings about questions of who has betrayed them – and who will die next. Using his inimitable blend of smarts and size, Reacher will stop at nothing to uncover the truth and protect the members of his unit. If there’s one thing Reacher and his team know for certain, it’s that you do not mess with the Special Investigators. This season, get ready for Reacher and the 110th to hit back hard.

Slow Horses returns for season three on Apple TV+ November 29 with the first two episodes. This season of the espionage drama starring Gary Oldman is adapted from “Real Tigers,” the third novel in Mick Herron’s spy series “Slough House.” The series follows a dysfunctional team of British intelligence agents who serve in a dumping-ground department of MI5 known un-affectionately as Slough House. In season three, a romantic liaison in Istanbul threatens to expose a buried MI5 secret in London. When Jackson Lamb and his team of misfits are dragged into the fight, they find themselves caught in a conspiracy that threatens the future not just of Slough House but of MI5 itself.

The Artful Dodger premieres on hulu November 29 with all eight episodes. The series explores the adult double life of Charles Dickens’ famous prince of thieves, Jack Dawkins aka The Artful Dodger, whose fast pickpocketing fingers have turned into the skilled hands of a surgeon. Set in 1850s Australia, in the lively colony of Port Victory, Dodger’s past returns to haunt him with the arrival of Fagin, luring him back into a world of crime. A greater threat – to Dodger’s heart – is Lady Belle, the Governor’s daughter, determined to become the colony’s first female surgeon. From heists to life-and-death surgeries to the harsh realities of the criminal world mingling with the middle ground and gentry, this is a tale of reinvention, betrayal, redemption, and love with a twist.

The English dub of Heaven Official’s Blessing season two will premiere November 8 on Crunchyroll with the first two episodes. Xie Lian, crown prince of Xian Le Kingdom, ascends to Heaven despite successive demotions. However, he accidentally breaks the Gold Palace of heavenly officials. With no human worshiping him, Xie Lian must descend to the secular world to exorcise ghosts.

WWE NXT will be moving to The CW in October 2024. The new five year agreement will see 52 live weekly events airing throughout the season. It features the brightest young talent in sports entertainment. Nearly 90% of the participants in last year’s WrestleMania were developed under the NXT banner. The series currently airs on USA Network.

The Circus: Inside the Greatest Political Show on Earth will be ending with its current eighth season on Showtime. Hosted by John Heilemann, Mark McKinnon, and Jennifer Palmierhe, the series finale will air November 12. Since the historic 2016 presidential race, the series has brought viewers behind-the-scenes and beyond the headlines of the nation’s biggest political stories inside the Beltway and beyond – while delivering the fast-paced, on-the-ground perspective, compelling and unfettered inside access, and eye-catching cinematography for which the show has been celebrated.

Netflix has renewed Stranded with My Mother-in-Law for a second season. With its unique and original Brazilian format, the series follows five mothers-in-law and their families. Isolated on a deserted island on the coast of São Paulo, they competed for the prize of R$500,000, with a lot of drama and adrenaline involved.

All eight seasons of House are available to stream on hulu. Dr. Gregory House is devoid of anything resembling bedside manner and wouldn’t even talk to his patients if he could get away with it. Dealing with his own constant physical pain, he uses a cane that seems to punctuate his acerbic, brutally honest demeanor. While his behavior can border on antisocial, House is a brilliant diagnostician whose unconventional thinking and flawless instincts afford him widespread respect. An infectious disease specialist, House thrives on the challenge of solving medical puzzles in order to save lives.

The Devil’s Plan has been renewed for a second season on Netflix. The series is a reality series in which players compete in games of wit, strategy, and wisdom. In the first season, the 12 contestants hailed from various fields, including a lawyer, doctor, science YouTuber, professional gamer, and actors.

MGM+ has ordered true crime docuseries The Wonderland Murders & The Secret History of Hollywood. The series is based on Michael Connelly’s podcast of the same name. On July 1, 1981, four people were discovered severely beaten to death in a suburban home in Laurel Canyon on Wonderland Avenue. The murders’ aftermath spans two decades and reaches into present day with details, subplots, and investigative twists that prove the old adage that truth is stranger than fiction. From a bought-off juror to the biggest porn actor of his generation, an alleged corrupt federal agent and a kind of Zelig of Hollywood’s dark underbelly, much about the case remains unresolved, and there are people who got away with murder. Through explosive in-depth reporting, new developments, rare archival footage, and pivotal testimony from “missing witness” Scott Thorson (best known as Liberace’s boyfriend and the writer of the tell-all Behind the Candelabra), Wonderland Murders will delve into the gruesome crime that has captured the public’s imagination for nearly half a century, and tell a broader story about Los Angeles, the American dream, and when justice does – and doesn’t – work.

Season of Light: Christmas with The Tabernacle Choir will premiere December 12 on PBS. It will then premiere on BYUtv December 17. Hosted by Lea Salonga and Sir David Suchet, and now in its 20th televised year, the beloved annual 90 minute holiday program, weaves together inspirational music – including nods to Salonga’s Filipina heritage – with hope-filled storytelling about Sir Nicholas Winton, a real-life hero who saved the lives of hundreds of Jewish children during World War II. The result is a universally moving program that invites hope and welcomes the spirit of sharing goodness this holiday season.
