American Primeval premieres January 9 on Netflix. This is America… 1857. Up is down, pain is everywhere, innocence and tranquility are losing the battle to hatred and fear. Peace is the shrinking minority, and very few possess grace – even fewer know compassion. There is no safe haven in these brutal lands, and only one goal matters: survival. The six episode limited series is a fictionalized dramatization and examination of the violent collision of culture, religion, and community as men and women fight and die to keep or control this land.

Sold on SLC premieres December 4 on Bravo. The series will follow Presidio Real Estate CEO Jennifer Yeo and her team of best-in-class agents, including Tyna Edwards, Malaysia Fua, Matt Jones, Sarah Martindale, and Kenny Sperry. With impressive high-end properties and Salt Lake City’s LDS community as the backdrop, the show follows the layered social dynamics within the brokerage as the agents navigate complicated relationships and personal rivalries. Always on a mission for commission, drama often follows the fierce professional ambitions of the team as they strive to stay on top, and continue to raise the bar, in one of the fastest growing housing markets in the nation.

Season two of The Empress premieres November 22 on Netflix. As dark clouds gather over the Austrian Empire, the need to produce an heir for the throne puts Franz and Elisabeth’s marriage to the test. Elisabeth fights for the future of the empire – and for her own – in the face of political crises and age-old traditions.

Senna premieres November 29 on Netflix. The miniseries dramatizes for the first time Ayrton Senna’s journey through triumphs, disappointments, joys, and sorrows, revealing his personality and personal relationships. The story starts at the beginning of the three-time Formula 1 champion’s motor racing career, following him from his karting days, through his move to England to compete in Formula Ford, and continues up to the tragic accident in Imola, Italy, during the San Marino Grand Prix.

Mysteries Unearthed with Danny Trejo premieres December 6 on The History Channel. Hosted by Danny Trejo, the series examines the fascinating stories surrounding buried artifacts and lost civilizations, shedding light, and offering new insight and information, on various mysteries of the past and present. Anchored by Trejo’s affinity for history and his natural curiosity into exploring the unknown and coupled with captivating archival material, expert interviews, and compelling recreations, the series seeks to unearth what the human eye cannot easily detect, as objects, structures and creatures concealed under earth, ice and water are suddenly, and often accidentally, revealed. From ancient animals uncovered as permafrost melts to excavations that make international headlines, each episode explains the significance of these discoveries and offers surprising context to these amazing finds. What exciting revelations can these preserved objects expose about our history and the legends and myths that surround them?
