Limited series Missing You premieres on Netflix January 1. Based on Harlan Coben’s novel, Detective Kat Donovan gets caught up in a dark conspiracy after unexpectedly encountering an old flame online.

Bill Burr is set to host Saturday Night Live November 9 on NBC. Mk.gee will serve as musical guest for the first time on the late night comedy series. 

Season two of Go! Go! Loser Ranger! will premiere in April 2025. The first season of the anime series streamed on hulu in the US. 

Netflix has added additional cast members to its mystery thriller limited series The Beast in Me. Hettienne Park, Jonathan Banks, Deirdre O’Connell, Aleyse Shannon, Will Brill, Kate Burton, Bill Irwin, Amir Arison, and Julie Ann Emery join previously announced Claire Danes, Matthew Rhys, Brittany Snow, Natalie Morales, David Lyons, and Tim Guinee. Since the tragic death of her young son, acclaimed author Aggie Wiggs has receded from public life, unable to write, a ghost of her former self. But she finds an unlikely subject for a new book when the house next door is bought by Nile Jarvis, a famed and formidable real estate mogul who was once the prime suspect in his wife’s disappearance. At once horrified and fascinated by this man, Aggie finds herself compulsively hunting for the truth – chasing his demons while fleeing her own – in a game of cat and mouse that might turn deadly. 

Yellowstone prequel series 1923 will get an airing on Paramount Network starting December 8. The Paramount+ series will air following episodes of Yellowstone season five, part two. Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren star in the series which will return for a second season. 

Phil Dunster has joined the cast of HBO’s upcoming Bill Lawrence comedy series. He joins Steve Carell in the single-camera comedy set on a college campus, centering on an author’s complicated relationship with his daughter. 

Nominations for The 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards have been announced. Topping the list of nominations are Beyoncé (11), Charli xcx (7), Billie Eilish (7), Kendrick Lamar (7), Post Malone (7), Sabrina Carpenter (6), Chappell Roan (6) and Taylor Swift (6). The GRAMMY Awards will return to Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, February 2, 2025 (8:00-11:30 PM, live ET/5:00-8:30 PM, live PT) on CBS. 

Viaplay US’s December slate features several exclusive US premieres. Dutch comedy This is not a Christmas movie, A Holy Mess, and The Christmas Party premiere December 1. Ace of Base: All That She Wants premieres December 5. Listen Up! premieres December 12. Conspiracy of Silence premieres December 19.
