Poker Face will return for season two on Peacock this spring. Charlie Cale is back on the run, and in Season 2 her journey is taken to the next level one murder mystery at a time. From minor league baseball to big box retail, from funeral homes to alligator farms and even a grade school talent show, Charlie navigates her crime solving existential road-trip with deadpan wit, human empathy, and her signature uncanny lie-detecting ability. The mystery-of-the-week series follows Natasha Lyonne’s Charlie, who has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying. She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can’t help but solve. 

The fifth and final season of You premieres April 24 on Netflix. Joe Goldberg returns to New York to enjoy his happily ever after… until his perfect life is threatened by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires. 

Season two of The Walking Dead: Dead City premieres May 4 on AMC. The series follows Maggie and Negan traveling into a post-apocalyptic Manhattan, long ago cut off from the mainland. The crumbling city is filled with the dead and denizens who have made New York City their own world full of anarchy, danger, beauty, and terror. In season two, in the growing war for control of Manhattan, Maggie and Negan find themselves trapped on opposite sides. As their paths intertwine, they come to see that the way out for both is more complicated and harrowing than they ever imagined. 

Million Dollar Secret premieres March 25 on Netflix. This is a game of wit, cunning and deception. Twelve strangers enter a sumptuous lakeside estate and in each of their rooms is a mysterious welcome gift – a box. Eleven of them are empty and one contains $1,000,000, and it’s for that guest to keep – as long as they keep their identity hidden. Devilish games will reveal clues about the millionaire’s identity, and they must do whatever it takes to keep their Million Dollar Secret. 

Keith Urban will headline the new CBS music competition series The Road. The series highlights Urban and Blake Shelton’s journey to discover the next big musician, with emerging talents (to be announced) opening for him at music venues across America. The special performances featured in the series will be filmed in Texas, Oklahoma and Tennessee. The series will premiere in the fall. Keith Urban will perform songs, including his current single, “Straight Line,” from his recently released album HIGH, as well as some of his biggest hits, at special performances throughout America. At each location, emerging musicians will take the stage as Urban’s opening acts before he performs. The audience will have the opportunity to influence which musicians will continue on the tour and move to the next city. 

A Punisher special is set to premiere in 2026 on Disney+. It will focus on Frank Castle, aka the Punisher, and will air alongside the second season of Daredevil: Born Again. Jon Bernthal will reprise the role he played in Netflix’s Daredevil and Punisher, as well as Disney+’s Daredevil: Born Again. 

John Lithgow confirmed that he will play Albus Dumbledore in the upcoming HBO Harry Potter series. No other cast has been confirmed for the upcoming series yet. 

Mitchell Robertson, Stuart Campbell, Neve McIntosh, Marianne McIvor and Charlie De Melo are among those joining HBO’s Half Man. The series was created, written by and stars Richard Gadd, along with Jamie Bell, as estranged ‘brothers’ Ruben and Niall respectively. When Ruben shows up unexpectedly at Niall’s wedding, it leads to an explosion of violence that catapults us back through their lives. Spanning almost 40 years from the 1980s to the present day, Mitchell Robertson and Stuart Campbell have been announced to play Niall and Ruben in their younger years. It will cover the highs and lows of the brothers’ relationship, from them meeting as teenagers to their falling out as adults – with all the good, bad, terrible, funny, angry, and challenging moments along the way. The series will capture the wild energy of a changing city – a changing world, even – and try to get to the bottom of the difficult question… What does it mean to be a man? 

Forking Delicious premieres February 25 on Tastemade. Comedians and food icons come together to debate the top 100 dishes, as voted on and ranked by Tastemade’s passionate audience. The series is a brand new format for Tastemade and promises an exciting mix of humor, personal stories, and delicious food facts, offering a fresh take on food culture. 

Seven national exclusive games have been added across ABC, ESPN, ESPN+, Disney+ and Hulu, beginning March 6 with the San Jose Sharks and Colorado Avalanche in prime time on ESPN. On March 11, the Tampa Bay Lightning face the Carolina Hurricanes in a showdown between two of the Eastern Conference’s best teams on ESPN+, Disney+ and Hulu. The Edmonton Oilers host the Utah Hockey Club on March 18 in a prime time matchup on ESPN. The Washington Capitals, who currently sit atop the Eastern Conference standings, had two games added to its ESPN exclusive game schedule as Alex Ovechkin (882 goals) continues the ‘GR8 Chase’ for Wayne Gretzky’s all-time NHL goals record (894 goals). On March 27, the Capitals face off against the Minnesota Wild on ESPN+, Disney+ and Hulu and take on the Columbus Blue Jackets April 12 on ABC (simulcast on ESPN+). On April 8, the Atlantic Division-leading Toronto Maple Leafs face the second-ranked Florida Panthers in a tight division matchup on ESPN. The regular season comes to a close April 17 with an ESPN doubleheader, including the previously announced Washington Capitals vs. Pittsburgh Penguins game, and the addition of the Calgary Flames at Los Angeles Kings – both hoping to be in position to claim a playoff spot. Additionally, the previously announced start time between the Edmonton Oilers and Buffalo Sabres on March 10 will now begin at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+, Disney+ and Hulu. 

NBCUniversal and Macy’s have agreed to renew their partnership with a 10-year programming rights deal through 2034, continuing the success of Macy’s iconic live holiday specials on NBC, Peacock and Telemundo. The new agreement includes The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Countdown to Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks. In addition, NBCUniversal and Macy’s will work together on a new program, which will be announced at a later date. 

Netflix and 02 Filmes are teaming up to launch a new fictional miniseries about the great players who led the Brazilian national football team to their third championship victory in the 1970 international tournament. Directed by Pedro Morelli and Paulo Morelli and created by Naná Xavier and Rafael Dornellas, the production will recreate iconic moments from the tournament and reveal the human side of sports legends who made history both on and off the field. Inspired by real events, the miniseries will dive into the challenges, passions, and fears that accompanied players such as Pelé, Tostão, Félix, Carlos Alberto, Jairzinho, Gérson, and Rivellino, as well as coach Zagallo, during the preparation and competition of the tournament. The storyline unfolds during one of the most remarkable moments in both football and Brazilian political history, amidst the harshest phase of the military regime, while the team showcases their brilliance on the field under the immense pressure of representing an entire country. 

Noah Eagle will serve as one of NBC Sports’ play-by-play voices when its coverage of the NBA begins in October 2025 across NBC and Peacock. He is expected to work one or more games per week beginning this fall in addition to handling play-by-play for Big Ten Saturday Night. 

The next chapter of the Descendants movie franchise is officially in the works for Disney Channel and Disney+, with production on a fifth installment set to begin soon. The newly greenlit Disney Channel Original Movie will expand the music-and-dance-fueled stories centered around the teenage progeny of Disney’s most iconic characters and villains. Kylie Cantrall and Malia Baker will reprise their roles as Princesses Red and Chloe, the daughters of the Queen of Hearts and Cinderella, respectively. The film’s official title will be announced at a later date. Picking up shortly after the events of the 2024 hit film Descendants: The Rise of Red, the next chapter explores what “happily ever after” is really like for Red and Chloe, following their return from their time-traveling adventures. Set primarily in present-day Wonderland, the sequel delves into the warning at the end of the previous movie: “There are consequences when you alter the fabric of time.” In addition to Cantrall and Baker, Leonardo Nam returns as Maddox Hatter. New descendants to the franchise include Liamani Segura as Red’s sister Pink, Brendon Tremblay as Max Hatter, Alexandro Byrd as Luis Madrigal, and Kiara Romero as Hazel Hook. Additional characters to be confirmed as casting continues to unfold. 

Bert Kreischer: Lucky premieres March 18 on Netflix. Comedian Bert Kreischer returns with his fourth Netflix special. He dives into everything from shedding 45 pounds, the usual family antics, getting parenting tips from Snoop Dogg and more. Bert Kreischer is the luckiest guy around – and he’s recounting his blessings. 

Fear Street: Prom Queen premieres May 23 on Netflix. Welcome back to Shadyside. In this next installment of the blood-soaked Fear Street franchise, prom season at Shadyside High is underway and the school’s wolfpack of It Girls is busy with its usual sweet and vicious campaigns for the crown. But when a gutsy outsider puts herself in the running, and the other girls start mysteriously disappearing, the class of ’88 is suddenly in for one hell of a prom night.
