Season five of Slow Horses premieres September 24 on Apple TV+. In season five, everyone is suspicious when resident tech nerd Roddy Ho has a glamorous new girlfriend, but when a series of increasingly bizarre events occur across the city, it falls to the Slow Horses to work out how everything is connected. After all, Lamb knows that in the world of espionage, the London Rules – cover your back – always apply. 

Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars premieres live September 16 on ABC and Disney+, cohosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough. This season’s celebrities and professional dancers are Jen Affleck with partner Jan Ravnik, Hilaria Baldwin and partner Gleb Savchenko, Jordan Chiles with partner Ezra Sosa, Baron Davis with partner Britt Stewart, Alix Earle with partner Val Chmerkovskiy, Dylan Efron and partner Daniella Karagach, Corey Feldman with partner Jenna Johnson, Danielle Fishel with partner Pasha Pashkov, Elaine Hendrix with partner Alan Bersten, Scott Hoying with partner Rylee Arnold, Robert Irwin with partner Witney Carson, Lauren Jauregui with partner Brandon Armstron, Whitney Leavitt with partner Mark Ballas, and Andy Richter with partner Emma Slater. The pairs will be judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough.

Peacock has renewed The Paper ahead of its series premiere September 4. The documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch in The Office find a new subject when they discover a historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it. 

Sophie Turner has been cast in the role of Lara Croft in Prime Video’s Tomb Raider series. The series is based on the iconic Tomb Raider video game franchise, which follows the adventures of world-famous archaeologist and adventurer Lara Croft. 

The fourth and final season of Bel-Air premieres November 24 on Peacock. Will tries to balance the fun and excitement of senior year with the expectations that have brought him to this moment. Carlton tests his own resolve as he deals with the fallout of some very big decisions that could threaten his future. Together, both boys will help each other through this pivotal time in their lives. An unexpected power shift will threaten the brotherhood between Phil and Geoffrey, whose loyalties to the Banks family will be tested. Viv struggles with reinventing herself as she looks at motherhood from a different perspective. It’s Ashley’s freshman year in high school and she’s working through a rebellious phase but quickly learns that the status quo may no longer serve her. Hilary goes on a journey of self-exploration. 

Season seven of The Kelly Clarkson Show premieres September 29. New season guests include Emily Blunt, Marion Cotillard, Colin Farrell, Scarlett Johansson, Dwayne Johnson, Matthew McConaughey, Lionel Richie, Julia Roberts, Shonda Rhimes, Margot Robbie, Sylvester Stallone, Channing Tatum, Reese Witherspoon and others. This season fans can look forward to more entertaining panel interviews, exclusive celebrity moments, surprise musical performances and the return of the wildly popular “Kellyoke” segment, where Clarkson highlights extraordinary emerging and established artists and delivers show-stopping covers of hits spanning every genre, backed by her band, Y’All. Clarkson has performed more than 800 genre-spanning covers, from current chart-toppers to timeless classics, earning millions of views online and accolades from the original artists themselves. 

Luke Tennie has been cast in the upcoming fifth season of ABC’s Abbott Elementary. Tennie will recur as a new teacher at the school. 

Ed Harris has joined the cast of the upcoming Yellowstone Beth and Rip spinoff series. He joins Kelly Reilly, Cole Hauser, and Finn Little who will reprise their roles from the original series, along with Annette Bening in The Dutton Ranch. 

Season two of Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking premieres November 2 on Food Network. The new season will feature even more spellbinding creations, enchanted elements and baking wizardry as a new field of competitors embark on the experience of a lifetime. Acorn TV has renewed Signora Volpe for a third season. The new season of the drama series will consist of three 90 minute episodes.

Also, earlier in the week on Wednesday, September 17, TBS and HBO Max will be live from London, Ontario for a special three-hour show – September to Remember – starting at 8 p.m. ET, featuring AEW’s biggest names in non-stop high-flying action as they set the stage for the signature pay-per-view event that weekend.

Seasons One and Two of Helluva Boss, previously released on YouTube, will be coming to Prime Video on September 10, along with a brand new special episode. The new prequel episode, titled “Mission: Zero,” follows the I.M.P. as they plan their very first assassination. This marks the first time the series will be fully uncensored and subtitled and dubbed in multiple languages. The original episode will be available exclusively on Prime Video for 45 days, before being made available on YouTube. Set in Hell, the series follows the I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals), a small and chaotic assassination business. At the center of the chaos is the eccentric Hell-born imp Blitzo (the “o” is silent) and his complicated situationship with demon prince Stolas. The I.M.P. employs Moxxie (a by-the-books marksman), Millie (a fiery and skilled assassin), and Loona (their snarky, hellhound receptionist). Alongside his ragtag crew, Blitzo takes on contracts to kill targets in the human world. Balancing work with their personal lives, the team constantly finds themselves in absurd, violent, and darkly comedic situations. 

Ice Road Truckers returns for season twelve October 1 on The History Channel. From its original series premiere in 2007 to a several years long hiatus, the fearless truckers return like never before to the treacherous terrain of icy roads and frozen lakes in Northern Canada delivering crucial supplies and necessities to isolated communities. Comedy special Caleb Hearon: Model Comedian premieres September 19 on HBO. In his debut stand-up special, filmed in front of a sold-out crowd at Constellation in Chicago, the special showcases Hearon’s ability to unpack life’s most absurd contradictions with his signature charm and razor-sharp wit. Taking us back to his roots in Kansas City… where it all started, newly 30-year-old Hearon deploys his generational Midwestern wisdom to solve most of the world’s problems – politics, internet trolls, learning we’re not that different from our parents, and more. 

The Happy Mess Method premieres September 19 on The Roku Channel. Organizational expert Sabrina Soto and New York Times bestselling author Jennifer McCartney help celebrity and non-celebrity clients find realistic and sustainable methods for keeping their homes tidy. While other methods of organization focus on getting rid of your possessions, or strive for absolute color-coded perfection, Sabrina and Jenn’s “Happy Mess Method” focuses on practical solutions that are both achievable and easy to maintain. Celebrity guests include Sheryl Lee Ralph, Meagan Good, and Tinx. 

Three part docuseries Memphis to the Mountain premieres September 5 on hulu. The series follows a determined group of young climbers from one of South Memphis’s most overlooked and hard-edged neighborhoods, where climbing is virtually unknown, as they set out to conquer a 16,000-foot rock tower on Mt. Kenya. Over the course of a year, they endure grueling preparation, training alongside some of the sport’s most renowned figures, including famed free-soloist, Alex Honnold, and iconic adventurer, Philip Henderson. A new episode of docuseries The Case Against Adnan Syed premieres September 18 on HBO. “Part Five: The Tree Grew” captures the latest chapter for Adnan Syed, whose story was first captured in the popular podcast “Serial.” Amy J. Berg’s 2019 HBO four-part documentary series explores the 1999 murder of high school student Hae Min Lee, and the arrest and conviction of Syed, who was her ex-boyfriend at the time. Featuring exclusive access to Adnan, this new episode chronicles the turns in the case that unfold after a suspect from the original investigation into Lee’s murder is caught assaulting a woman. This development lead Adnan’s legal team to revisit the case and demand a new investigation. When the state attorney’s office steps in, the prosecution pushes back, resulting in a legal and political tug of war that thrusts Adnan’s case into chaotic uncertainty. This all-new episode chronicles Adnan’s personal journey from incarceration to freedom, and his eventual reunion with family after 23 years behind bars. During the year-long investigation led by his new lawyer Erica J. Suter and supported by Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, new information is unearthed, exposing flaws in the original investigation and prosecution, including undisclosed evidence pointing to other potential suspects, suppressed witness testimony, and DNA from the crime scene that has remained untested.
