Action comedy anime Rooster Fighter premieres March 14 on adult swim’s Toonami block. The adaptation of Shu Sakuratani’s manga “Rooster Fighter” follows “cock-about town” Keiji. More than just an ordinary rooster – he’s humanity’s greatest defender! When strange creatures suddenly appear and start attacking, he confronts them head-on while scoffing: “You make my crown curl!” His opponents may be ten stories tall, but nothing is bigger than his stout heart and his fearsome battle cry – Kokekokko!
Season four of From premieres April 19 on MGM+. In Season Four, the closer the residents of town get to the answers they seek, the more terrifying their search becomes. NBC has pulled Brilliant Minds from the schedule. The series, which aired on Mondays, will return later this season or the summer. The Voice, known as The Voice: Battle Of Champions this coming season, will expand to two hours in its place starting February 23.
Alfie Allen has joined the cast of MGM+’s The Institute for its upcoming second season. The series is based on the Stephen King novel. Nolan Reeves, an eccentric European tech billionaire and one of the Institute’s financial backers with an ambitious agenda all his own. Allen joins returning season two cast members Ben Barnes, Mary-Louise Parker, Joe Freeman, Simone Miller, Fionn Laird, Robert Joy, Arlen So, Jeff Fahey and Hannah Galway. Season Two picks up Luke Ellis, Tim Jamieson, and their fellow survivors in the immediate aftermath of Season One’s explosive climax as they work to expose the Institute’s crimes while staying one step ahead of the army of killers on their tail. Meanwhile, the ruthless and calculating Ms. Sigsby pursues her quest for vengeance and a return to power, in the process discovering more about the deep inner workings of the Institute than she ever could have imagined.

Widow’s Bay premieres April 29 on Apple TV. “Widow’s Bay” is a quaint island town 40 miles off the coast of New England. But something lurks beneath the surface. It draws on archival footage and interviews with those closest to Esther to tell an intimate, fragmented investigation one marked by uncertainty -where the digital world serves as an inadvertent archive of a real story that centers on the search for answers by those who knew her.
