Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of Our Vampires and Skateboards?
Get ready to see two stars from NBC’s Daytime Emmy Nominated Days of Our Lives in new roles. First up is Molly Burnett, who plays Salem’s resident bad girl Melanie Layton. The young actress will appear on an upcoming episode of the hit HBO vamp series, True Blood. She joins fellow soap star Ashley Jones (Bridget, B&B) who is appearing in multiple episodes this season.
Molly will show up in the June 21st episode, “Keep This Party Going,” as Amanda Jane, a Britney Spears type rocker. Amanda Jane leads a Christian rock band who performs at The Light of Day institute where she meets Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten).
In Other News….Daytime Emmy Nominee for Outstanding Lead Actor, Peter Reckell (Bo Brady) will appear in the movie Street Dreams, a skateboarding flick written by Rob Dyrdek that follows the dream of a young skateboarder.
