WWE announced in a press release, yesterday, they will be moving NXT Redemption to a state-of-the-art venue on the campus of Full Sail University in Florida.
Full Sail University, established in 1979, is an award winning educational leader for those pursuing careers in the entertainment and media industry. The University has received numerous awards for their programs in gaming, music and film. The University offers on campus and online Master’s, Bachelor’s, and Associate’s degree programs in areas related to animation, art, business, education, graphic design, film, marketing, web development, music, recording arts, sports and video games.
Beginning May 17, 2012, students of the university’s entertainment-focused degree programs, including Film, Show Production, Digital Arts and Design, Internet Marketing and Entertainment Business, will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience working with WWE, a leader in global entertainment, to produce NXT.
Staff and faculty of the University, as well as the general public are invited to attend tapings of NXT at the state of the art venue on campus. All proceeds from ticket and merchandise sales will go to a scholarship fund for Full Sail University current and future students.
