Apple TV+ has canceled The Afterparty after two seasons. Each season followed a different case told from the perspectives of each potential suspect using different genres and styles to tell their side of the story. Tiffany Haddish, Sam Richardson and Zoë Chao starred in both seasons with different supporting cast in each season. 

The English dub of SHY will premiere on Crunchyroll October 16. On the brink of a third World War, superheroes appeared on Earth. Gifted with powers, their appearance brings peace to the world. The heroes each selected a country in which they would reside, serve, and protect its citizens. Shy is Japan’s hero, endowed with super strength. Her most daunting enemy yet? Crippling shyness. Join Shy and her super friends as she defends Earth and gains confidence!

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters premieres November 17 on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes. Following the thunderous battle between Godzilla and the Titans that leveled San Francisco, and the shocking revelation that monsters are real, the series tracks two siblings following in their father’s footsteps to uncover their family’s connection to the secretive organization known as Monarch. Clues lead them into the world of monsters and ultimately down the rabbit hole to Army officer Lee Shaw, played by Kurt Russell and Wyatt Russell, taking place in the 1950s and half a century later where Monarch is threatened by what Shaw knows. The dramatic saga – spanning three generations – reveals buried secrets and the ways that epic, earth-shattering events can reverberate through our lives. 

Anime series Dragon Ball DAIMA is set to premiere in Fall 2024. The new series is set to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the franchise. Drawn by the original creator, Akira Toriyama, the series will tell a story never told. Due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends are turned small. In order to fix things, they’ll head off to a new world! It’s a grand adventure with intense action in an unknown and mysterious world.

Archer will be ending with a special finale event Archer: Into the Cold December 17 on FX and FXX. Archer is an animated, half-hour comedy that follows Sterling Archer as he navigates the changing landscape of the spy world. In season 14, Archer and The Agency found their own way with Lana at the helm. Her goal was to make money while also making the world a better place, but she quickly discovered running a spy agency isn’t so cut and dry. 

The two part The Real Housewives of New York City reunion will premiere October 22 on Bravo. Host Andy Cohen sits down with housewives Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank and Brynn Whitfield for their first reunion on a recreated set of Casa Cipriani. 

A new daytime talk show starring Ken Jeong is in the works. The potential new talker is being eyed for 2024. 

A Grammy Salute to 50 Years of Hip Hop will air on CBS December 10. A star-studded lineup of hip hop legends and GRAMMY-winning artists including Black Thought, Bun B, Common, De La Soul, Jermaine Dupri, J.J. Fad, Talib Kweli, The Lady Of Rage, LL COOL J, MC Sha-Rock, Monie Love, The Pharcyde, Queen Latifah, Questlove, Rakim, Remy Ma, Uncle Luke, Yo-Yo, and many more are set to grace the stage at the special tribute concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of hip hop. The live concert special will showcase and celebrate the genre’s profound history and monumental cultural impact around the world. More performers will be announced in the coming weeks. 

Masters of Illusion and World’s Funniest Animals will now air on Fridays at 9:00 and 9:30 starting October 27. Penn & Teller: Fool Us will still air at 8:00 on Fridays starting October 27. A new Saturday lineup will be announced at a later time. 

Anime series Kaiju No. 8 is coming to Crunchyroll in Spring 2024 in sub and dub. The  series is centered around a group of characters living in a world where giant monsters (or kaiju) attack humanity and the creatures’ destructive aftermath. Kaiju is a Japanese term that is commonly associated with television, movies, and books involving giant monsters (usually depicted attacking major cities and battling the military or other monsters), which has been a science fiction mainstay in the media for decades. Also coming soon to Crunchyroll are Classroom of the Elite Season 3, Spice and Wolf: merchant meets the wise wolf, The Unwanted Undead Adventurer, 7th Time Loop : The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy!, Sengoku Youko, and The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil. 

Under the Vines will be back for a third season on Acorn TV. Rebecca Gibney and Charles Edwards will be returning as Daisy Monroe and Louis Oakley in the new season. 

ESPN2 will simulcast ESPN Deportes’ Spanish-language presentation of Monday Night Football on October 16, featuring the Dallas Cowboys and the L.A. Chargers. Coverage kicks off with an extended pre-game show starting at 7. The telecast will be led by ESPN Deportes’ Rebeca Landa on the play-by-play, with Sergio Dipp as analyst. ESPN Deportes’ Katia Castorena will serve as the sideline reporter and John Sutcliffe will provide additional reports from site. 

Creature premieres October 20 on Netflix. When tragedy befalls a reckless scientist in Ottoman-era Istanbul, his student uses untested methods to finish his work – with devastating consequences.

Bye Bye, Earth is coming to Crunchyroll in 2024. In a world of anthropomorphic animals, Belle Lablac was born as the only human being. With such longing in her heart, she decides to set out on a journey to find her roots, carrying the Runding, a great sword as tall as she is. She doesn’t know how many adversities await her along the way…
