Season three of Bridgerton will be released in two parts consisting of four episodes each. Part 1 will premiere May 16. Part 2 will premiere June 13. The third season finds Penelope Featherington finally giving up on her long-held crush on Colin Bridgerton after hearing his disparaging words about her last season. She has, however, decided it’s time to take a husband, preferably one who will provide her with enough independence to continue her double life as Lady Whistledown, far away from her mother and sisters. But lacking in confidence, Penelope’s attempts on the marriage mart fail spectacularly. Meanwhile, Colin has returned from his summer travels with a new look and a serious sense of swagger. But he’s disheartened to realize that Penelope, the one person who always appreciated him as he was, is giving him the cold shoulder. Eager to win back her friendship, Colin offers to mentor Penelope in the ways of confidence to help her find a husband this season. But when his lessons start working a little too well, Colin must grapple with whether his feelings for Penelope are truly just friendly. Complicating matters for Penelope is her rift with Eloise, who has found a new friend in a very unlikely place, while Penelope’s growing presence in the ton makes it all the more difficult to keep her Lady Whistledown alter ego a secret.
The third and final season of Hightown premieres January 26 on Starz. . Return to the Cape one final time and reunite with the explosive Jackie Quiñones on her battle to overcome her addictions as she unravels the intricacies of the drug and crime underworld. All roads lead to Jackie, but for her, redemption never comes clean. This season, when the bad guys and corruption arise from all sides, everyone will face a deep reckoning. Beliefs and loyalties will be tested, and Jackie will have to learn to stand by herself and for what she believes in.
Netflix has renewed Love Is Blind through season seven. Season six will premiere on Valentine’s Day, February 14. Singles who want to be loved for who they are have signed up for a less conventional approach to modern dating, and will choose someone to marry without ever meeting them. Over several weeks, the newly engaged couples will move in together, plan their wedding, and find out if their physical connection matches their strong emotional bond developed in the pods. When their wedding day arrives, will real-world realities and external factors push them apart, or will they marry the person they fell blindly in love with? Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, this addictive series will uncover whether looks, race, or age do matter – or if love really is blind. Additional season six details will be shared at a later date.
Marvel announced a new animated series is coming to Disney+ set in the world of Black Panther titled Eyes of Wakanda. Throughout Wakandan history, brave warriors have been tasked to travel the world retrieving dangerous vibranium artifacts. This is their story.
Comedy series Palm Royale premieres March 20 on Apple TV+. The series follows Maxine Simmons as she endeavors to break into Palm Beach high society. As Maxine attempts to cross that impermeable line between the haves and the have-nots, It asks the same question that still baffles us today: “How much of yourself are you willing to sacrifice to get what someone else has?” Set during the powder keg year of 1969, It’s a testament to every outsider fighting for their chance to truly belong. Six episode docuseries Choir premieres January 31 on Disney+. The series follows the kids of the Detroit Youth Choir as they prepare for the performance of a lifetime. Through their eyes, we experience the highs and lows of life growing up in Detroit, navigating the challenges of balancing family, school, and athletics, all while pursuing their dreams of taking their talents to the next level and performing on one of the world’s biggest stages. Following their 2019 appearance on America’s Got Talent, it’s a pivotal time for the choir and its director, Anthony White, as he’s faced with the combined challenges of replacing several key members, keeping the choir relevant in Detroit, and finding the next big opportunity that will put them back in the national spotlight.
Limited series Ripley is coming to Netflix in 2024. The eight episode drama is based on Patricia Highsmith’s bestselling Tom Ripley novels. In the series, Tom Ripley, a grifter scraping by in early 1960s New York, is hired by a wealthy man to travel to Italy to try to convince his vagabond son Dickie Greenleaf to return home. Tom’s acceptance of the job is the first step into a complex life of deceit, fraud and murder. Dakota Fanning plays Marge Sherwood, an American living in Italy who suspects darker motives underlie Tom’s affability.
Apples Never Fall premieres on Peacock March 2024. The series is based on the novel by Liane Moriarty. The limited series centers on the seemingly picture-perfect Delaney family. Former tennis coaches Stan and Joy have sold their successful tennis academy and are ready to start what should be the golden years of their lives. While they look forward to spending time with their four adult children, everything changes when a wounded young woman knocks on Joy and Stan’s door, bringing the excitement they’ve been missing. But when Joy suddenly disappears, her children are forced to re-examine their parents’ so-called perfect marriage as their family’s darkest secrets begin to surface. Beau Knapp has joined the cast of SEAL Team for its upcoming seventh season. Knapp will be a series regular for the final season of the Paramount+ series.
JB Smoove, Yvette Nicole Brown, Jay Pharoah, Marsai Martin, Slink Johnson and Rashida “Sheedz” Olayiwola have been cast in the animated Good Times series. The comedy series will also see original creator Norman Lear appear in a role.
The CW announced more midseason premiere dates. The I Am documentary film series will premiere December 30. Season three of Children Ruin Everything will begin airing January 11. Masters of Illusion and World’s Funniest Animals move to Fridays January 12. Season three of Son of a Critch begins airing January 25. True crime anthology series Crime Nation premieres February 20.
The Voice Season 24 finale airs December 18 and December 19. Special performances from Earth, Wind & Fire, Keith Urban, AJR, Jelly Roll, Tyla and Season 25 coaches Dan + Shay, and The Voice winner Bryce Leatherwood will take place over the two nights. Coaches Niall Horan, John Legend, Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani will perform special duets with their final artists. The four superstars will also join forces for a festive rendition of “Let It Snow.” Additionally, the Top 12 artists from Season 24 will band together for a special group performance. One of the five finalists will be crowned the winner by America’s vote.

As Lifetime approaches its 40th Anniversary in 2024, the network continues to expand its unscripted offerings featuring over 60 hours of non-fiction programming in just the first quarter. New series Prison Brides (Premieres January 10) follows women who find love in locked up places. I Wasn’t Expecting a Baby! (Premieres February 8) recounts the unbelievable stories of women who only discovered they were pregnant as they are about to give birth. These new shows join the schedule which features season 17 of Married at First Sight (ongoing) and Married at First Sight: Afterparty (New Time Beginning January 10) hosted by Keshia Knight Pulliam, alongside previously announced, The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard (Premieres January 5-7) featuring unprecedented access to Blanchard as she tells her story, her way. Kicking off a new night of unscripted programming on the network is previously announced new series, Theresa Caputo: Raising Spirits (Premieres January 25), which follows the renowned and beloved Long Island medium as she embarks on the next phase of her life as a new grandmother and divorcee as she continues to bring her gift of speaking to the departed. Additionally, the network recently announced the highly anticipated special, Dance Moms: The Reunion, debuting later this spring on Lifetime.
Shemar Moore will present the Lifetime Achievement Honor to Susan Lucci in an awards show reunion 24 years after her historic Emmy win in 1999. The 50th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards air December 15 on CBS. Jennifer Nettles will perform “Life is Sweet” for the In Memoriam segment, which pays tribute to the stars and contributors in the field of daytime whom we lost this past year. Presenters for the evening will include icons of daytime as the show pays tribute to 50 years, including Lauralee Bell (Y&R), Peter Bergman (Y&R), Michael Damian (Y&R), Don Diamont (B&B), Mary Beth Evans (“Days of Our Lives”), Akbar Gbajabiamila (THE TALK), Drake Hogestyn (“Days of Our Lives”), Finola Hughes (“General Hospital”), Amanda Kloots (THE TALK), A Martinez (“The Bay”), John McCook (B&B), Melody Thomas Scott (Y&R), Heather Tom (B&B), Donnell Turner (“General Hospital”), Kym Whitley (“The Bay”) and Laura Wright (“General Hospital”).
