Prodigies premieres February 10 on Apple TV with the first two episodes, followed by one weekly. The series stars Will Sharpe and Ayo Edebiri. It follows Didi (Edebiri) and Ren (Sharpe), two former child prodigies now in their 30s, as they reexamine the relationship they’ve been in since they were nine. From London to Tokyo by way of Virginia, this unconventional take on a romantic comedy explores ideas of potential, ambition and the universal complexities of long-term relationships. As they begin to question whether their very ordinary existence is living up to the extraordinary promise of their childhood, they find themselves in a new and terrifying kind of chaos.
Production has wrapped on season two of Little House on the Prairie. The upcoming season follows the next book in the Little House on the Prairie book series, On the Banks of Plum Creek. Joining the new season are David Wronko, Erik Athaval, Elyse Levesque, Graham Harvey, Jacinta Forest Lewitski, Lyla Porter-Follows, Martin Roach, Paul Greene, Ryan Northcott and Scott Porter.
Common Side Effects returns for season two January 24 on adult swim. The new season continues the story of Marshall (Dave King) and Frances (Emily Pendergast), who share a secret: a mushroom that can cure almost anything. Now fugitives, the two former lab partners face the enormous consequences of their discovery.
Avatar: Seven Havens has been renewed for two additional seasons, Book 3 and Book 4. The new seasons will continue the story of Avatar Pavi and her twin sister Nisha. The first three episodes of Book 1 premiered on Paramount+ October 9, and will be followed by episodes 4-6 on October 16, episodes 7-9 on October 23, and episodes 10-13 on October 30. More details on Books 2, 3 and 4 will follow at a later date. The next installment has also been announced, titled Avatar Kuruk: Wave of Chaos. A rebellious teenage Avatar bucks thousands of years of tradition by choosing to learn the four elements through globetrotting adventures, staying one step ahead of his angry teacher, rowdy pirates, and chaotic spirits – all while helping the world in his own unique ways.
Bloodaxe premieres January 20 on Prime Video with all eight episodes. The series chronicles the rise of one of history’s most famous Norse raiders, Erik Bloodaxe (Xavier Molyneux), and his formidable wife Gunnhild, Mother of Kings (Jessica Madsen). As they fight for the throne of Norway, the land is torn apart by fierce rivals, shifting loyalties, and bloody betrayals. With war looming and chaos consuming the kingdom, drawing in the ruthless Kings of other Scandinavian countries, and even a powerful English ruler, the stage is set for a thundering, cataclysmic, compelling and utterly magical new Norse Saga. The series has already been picked up for a second season which is currently in production in Ireland.

Netflix today announced that filming will soon begin on a new fictional miniseries inspired by the case of Daniel Sancho, starring Martiño Rivas. The series will be filmed at various locations across Thailand and Spain. The as-yet-untitled miniseries is a fictionalised retelling of the case that captured the country ‘s attention in the summer of 2023.
All seasons of The Walking Dead will be available on AMC+ beginning January 7. The pop culture phenomenon, which launched a television franchise, joins AMC+’s “The Walking Dead Universe” Collection, including all six spin-off series, totaling 371 episodes, as well as exclusive specials, bonus episodes, behind-the-scenes content, Comic-Con panels and more. The date was revealed by Executive Producer Scott M. Gimple during the New York Comic Con panel for the fourth and final season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, which is set to premiere in February.
Under Siege premieres November 6 on Netflix. On November 6, 1985, an M-19 guerrilla commando forcibly entered the Palace of Justice and took more than 300 people hostage, including Supreme Court justices. On November 7, the Colombian Army retook the Palace. Inspired by real and publicly known events, the series recounts what happened during the siege and retaking of the Palace of Justice, which resulted in the deaths and disappearances of at least 94 people, including justices, guerrilla members, civilians and members of the military. It also follows the victims’ families in their pursuit of justice for more than 20 years.
AMC Global Media took over the Main Stage at New York Comic Con to present a compelling lineup of panels for its series. A panel discussed the new AMC+ revenge thriller, Kill Jackie, where they discussed the making of the series, shared exclusive clips and treated the audience to a sneak peek of an upcoming episode. During the YAGA panel that followed, the panelists shared insights into the creation and production of the witchy new AMC+ series, a Crave Original, premiering on October 23, and previewed new scenes for attendees. The Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches: Salem Coven panel previewed the series’ anticipated third season with an exclusive first look and teaser trailer and announced the season premiere date of December 30. To end the afternoon, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon stars and Executive Producers Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride took the stage with Showrunner and Executive Producer David Zabel and Executive Producer Scott M. Gimple for a panel moderated by actor, writer, producer Clarke Wolfe. The cast and creative team previewed the fourth and final season, premiering in February, with never-before-seen footage, and new teaser trailer as part of a panel that celebrated the incredible 15-year journey of fan favorite characters Daryl (Reedus) and Carol (McBride).
