Season two of My Life With the Walter Boys premieres August 28 on Netflix. After leaving Silver Falls following Alex’s love confession and her kiss with Cole, Jackie Howard spent the summer in New York City. When Katherine convinces her to return to Colorado, Jackie is determined to make amends with Alex and set boundaries with Cole while finding her place within the Walter family. But fitting back in isn’t that easy. Alex – who changed a lot over the summer – isn’t too thrilled about Jackie’s attempts to reconnect, as he’s focused on training for a risky rodeo event (and enjoying all of the new attention he’s getting). Meanwhile, Cole takes on a new role at school, but when that doesn’t quite fill the void left by not playing football, his old ways creep back in and cause drama. As Jackie gains acceptance in Silver Falls while trying to hold onto her Howard identity, she’s forced to make a choice that could destroy everything she’s worked to rebuild.

Season three of Invasion premieres August 22 on Apple TV+. The series follows an alien invasion through different perspectives around the world. In season three, those perspectives collide for the first time, as the series’ main characters are brought together to work as a team on a critical mission to infiltrate the alien mothership. The ultimate apex aliens have finally emerged, rapidly spreading their deadly tendrils across our planet. It will take all our heroes working together, using all their experience and expertise, to save our species. New relationships are formed, old relationships are challenged and even shattered as an international cast of characters must become a team before it’s too late.

Revenge thriller series The Resurrected premieres October 9 on Netflix. Set in the fictional city of Benkha, the series centers on two mothers united by hatred, seeking revenge for their daughters caught in a fraud and kidnapping case. With help from a mysterious goddess, they revive the deceased ringleader of the fraud scheme to punish him. Yet, despite inflicting relentless pain, their fury remains unquenched. As dark secrets unravel, their alliance is tested, forcing them to confront the limits of justice and their own morality.

Molly Shannon will reunite with Will Ferrell in the upcoming Untitled Will Ferrell Golf Series. Shannon will play Stacy in Ferrell’s first TV comedy series as a fictional golf legend.

The Chelsea Detective will return for a fourth season on Acorn TV, consisting of four feature-length episodes, in 2026. Filming has commenced in and around London with Adrian Scarborough and Vanessa Emme reprising their roles as Detective Inspector Max Arnold and Detective Sergeant Layla Walsh, respectively. The new season sees DI Max Arnold (Scarborough) and DS Layla Walsh (Emme) return to tackle four new murders within the elite world of Chelsea – a fashion mogul sinking fast in the trappings of her wealth; an aristocratic dynasty guarding their bloodline with brutal devotion; and a wellness and beauty salon owner concealing lethal truths – all falling under the relentless scrutiny of our duo. This season also features a cryptic double-murder that begins in Chelsea and spirals outward, drawing our team into the cut-throat world of architecture. The regular cast return to crack each case and – while a hint of romance is in the air for Max – as ever, the road to justice is anything but smooth. Additionally, Sophie Stone returns as the brilliant, if occasionally daunting, Chief Forensics Officer Ashley Wilton, Lucy Phelps as research and tech queen DC Jess Lombard, Peter Bankolé as officer DC Connor Pollock, along with Frances Barber as Max’s Aunt Olivia, full of joie de vivre as ever.
