After four seasons, Godfather of Harlem will end with a two hour series finale on MGM+. Forest Whitaker will return alongside the series’ ensemble cast. Bumpy Johnson faces the ultimate reckoning as the walls close in around his empire. With enemies converging from every direction – political, criminal, and personal – Bumpy must draw on every alliance, every sacrifice, and every hard lesson earned across five seasons to protect what he has built and the people he loves. The two-hour conclusion delivers the culmination of Bumpy’s extraordinary saga: a man who rose from the streets of Harlem to reshape the power structures of an entire era, and who now must decide what legacy he leaves behind. 

Limited series The Murder of JonBenet Ramsey will premiere on Netflix this coming Winter. The series centers on one of the most infamous unsolved murder cases in American history, and the devastating personal and public reckoning that followed the death of JonBenet Ramsey on Christmas night in 1996. It stars Melissa McCarthy and Clive Owen as Patsy and John Bennett Ramsey. The project was initially ordered at Paramount+.

Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi is coming soon on Disney+. The series is an expansion of the Star Wars: Visions episodes. Trust in the Force. 

Black Torch will premiere July 4 in English dub and English sub on Crunchyroll. Although he may appear rough-and-tumble, Jiro Azuma’s compassionate side emerges when it comes to the furry critters he can communicate with. But Jiro’s soft spot for animals gets him in major trouble when a suspicious stray cat fuses with him, granting him exceptional power but also dragging him into humanity’s hidden battle against powerful Japanese spirits, mononoke.

Baywatch will premiere this January on Fox. The followup series finds wild-child legacy character Hobie Buchannon (Stephen Amell) serving as a Baywatch Captain, following in the footsteps of his legendary father, Mitch. Hobie’s world is turned upside down when his daughter Charlie Vale (Jessica Belkin) shows up on his doorstep eager to carry on the Buchannon family legacy. The series also stars Hassie Harrison as Nat, Shay Mitchell as Trina, Thaddeus LaGrone as Brad, Noah Beck as Luke, and Brooks Nader as Selene. In recurring roles, Livvy Dunne will make her acting debut as Grace and David Chokachi will reprise his original series character of Cody Madison. It will celebrate the franchise’s enduring legacy, while re-energizing it for today’s global audience. Fans can expect all the adrenaline-fueled rescues, tangled relationships, complicated chemistry and beachside heroics that defined the original – now with an entirely new cast, contemporary trappings, tensions and challenges, and a renewed mission to protect Southern California’s shoreline. 

Bravo has acquired season one of The Real Housewives of London and will premiere July 21. The series introduces six glamorous, stylish and bold women who are making their mark across the capital’s most prestigious postcodes. From Belgravia to Chelsea, these women balance ambition, family and fierce friendships – all while living life at full volume. Whether hosting lavish dinners, escaping to a Scottish castle, or rebuilding bonds over bottles of champagne, they’re navigating life, legacy and loyalty in a city where wealth whispers and grudges roar. With big personalities, deep histories, and no shortage of designer drama, the path to connection is never simple – but it’s always captivating. London’s calling…and this group always answers. The cast includes housewives Juliet Angus, Amanda Cronin, Karen Loderick-Peace, Juliet Mayhew, Panthea Parker and Nessie Welschinger. The series originally premiered on Hayu in 2025. Season two has recently wrapped filming and will premiere on Hayu later this year. 

Michael Weatherly will reprise his role of Tony DiNozzo in a season-long arc reuniting him with the NCIS team for the 2026-2027 season. He was previously a main cast member on NCIS for 13 seasons, appearing in over 300 episodes, and recently reprised the character in the Paramount+ universe expansion series NCIS: Tony & Ziva

Season three of The Pitt has added more cast. Malachi Beasley, Cheyenne Perez, Jeremy Radin, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Charlz Williams, and Rosanny Zayas will each recur as guest stars on the HBO Max series. 

Starz has become a producer on Channel 4’s Maya. The gripping new six-part drama stars Bella Ramsey, Tobias Menzies, and Daisy Haggard. It follows the story of mother and daughter as they are forced into witness protection to escape a dangerous threat. Leaving their lives in London behind, Anna, played by Haggard, and her teenage daughter Maya, played by Ramsey, must take on new identities and relocate to a small rural town. As they try to adjust to their new reality, the trauma of their past continues to haunt them and the sinister presence of two hitmen leaves a trail of unease as they search for the missing mother and daughter. As the walls close in on them it becomes clear that the dangerous figure from their past is still a looming threat. 

HIDIVE has set premiere dates for the upcoming English dub premieres of its anime series. Season two of Hell Mode – The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing will premiere August 5. The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World will premiere August 19. The World Is Dancing will premiere August 26. 

Big Brother unveils “Big Brother: Time Trip” as the season 28 theme, turning time into the ultimate twist. Houseguests will enter a world where rooms, relics and competitions transport them across moments in time, while early twists shake up the game from the start. Inspired by decades like the ’80s and Y2K, new powers and challenges can disrupt strategy and alliances. The season kicks off with a special 90-minute premiere on Thursday, July 9 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT). Host Julie Chen Moonves returns to guide viewers through a season where history is rewritten and anything is possible. 

Home in You premieres July 30 on Viaplay. The six-episode series follows the Lebanese-Swedish Haddad family as they face an unexpected housing crisis when the apartment building they’ve long called home is slated for renovation. Forced to leave their Stockholm neighborhood as gentrification reshapes the community around them, each member of the family confronts a different question of belonging. As the parents struggle to understand their children who have grown up between two cultures, and the younger generation wrestles with identity, adolescence and conflicting expectations, Home in You explores the emotional complexities of family life with authenticity, empathy and wit. The search for a new apartment becomes a larger search for connection – to one another, to community and to the idea of home itself. 

Tides of Temptation, a new original vertical series debuting on the soon-to-be launched Microhouse Films platform, premieres July 7. Serving as a tentpole title, Tides of Temptation is one of seven original projects debuting on launch day. Designed to empower creators to produce, distribute, and monetize their work within a single ecosystem, Microhouse Films offers a creator-first platform dedicated to premium, mobile-first storytelling. Set within the same emotionally charged world introduced in Terry McMillan Presents: Paradise with You, Tides of Temptation deepens the drama. Set on the lush island of Nevis, paradise hides a dangerous undercurrent – and beautiful young Constance (Mea Wilkerson) is trapped inside of it. Her life is controlled by her controlling brother Malik and her abusive boyfriend Wes. When ambitious young athlete local Jamal (SwagBoy Q) enters her life and confronts the dangerous world around her, everything fractures. And as Jamal and Constance fall hard for each other, they soon come to realize their dangerous new love could cost them everything. Troy Brookins (who also appears in Paradise with You as Travis) and David John Craig also star. 

ID has set premiere dates for Body Cam and 911: Did The Killer Call?. Both series will premiere July 15. Body Cam returns for another raw, intense and action-packed season – showing the dangerous, fast moving situations law enforcement officers face and the life-or-death decisions they must make in the blink of an eye to keep the public safe. 911: Did The Killer Call? chronicles more horrific murders where 911 calls from the crime scene are vital to the investigation to find the culprit. With each episode featuring three different 911 calls, all three callers claim they are innocent – but for police, every recording contains clues that can dramatically transform a case. 

The search is on for towns that best bring the Hallmark Christmas magic to life. Hallmark is inviting communities across the country to show why they deserve to be named among America’s merriest Christmas towns with the launch of Hallmark’s Merriest Christmas Towns Contest. Beginning today, towns nationwide can enter for the chance to be recognized as one of 25 official Hallmark Christmas Towns, with one grand prize-winning town to be featured in a Hallmark original movie. The contest kicks off Hallmark Channel’s 25th birthday celebration, a months-long tribute to the fans and communities whose warmth, connection, and holiday spirit have helped make the network a beloved destination for comfort and joy all year long. Beginning July 1 through August 10, 2026, fans can nominate towns that embody Hallmark’s signature blend of warmth, connection, community spirit, holiday tradition, neighborhood charm, and goodwill. Twenty-five towns will be recognized as “Official Hallmark Christmas Towns” and receive an official seal, along with promotional assets to help celebrate and share the designation. Road to the Show premieres July 1 on Peacock. The five-episode documentary series provides unprecedented access to six of baseball’s brightest young stars as they navigate the path to professional baseball’s biggest stage. It follows the defining moments that shape baseball’s next generation. From Spring Breakout through the heart of the season, the series captures the pressure, sacrifice and determination required to pursue a Major League dream while highlighting the families, coaches and teammates who make that journey possible. 

Disney Entertainment Television announced a 24-hour multiplatform broadcast as part of the “Disney Celebrates America” campaign, commemorating America’s 250th anniversary, kicking off Friday, July 3, at 10:00 p.m. EDT and continuing through Saturday, July 4. “World News Tonight” anchor and managing editor David Muir will lead coverage, guiding viewers through all 50 states alongside a powerhouse team of talent across networks. The special programming will feature the majestic geography, cultural heritage and pivotal moments that define 250 years of American history, as well as Fourth of July celebrations across the country, performances and interviews with leading newsmakers, including MrBeast, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Brandi Carlile, Nick Jonas and more. The special programming will be available across ABC, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, National Geographic, Freeform, FX and ABC News Live. 

The East Palace premieres July 17 on Netflix. When the crown prince is found dead in a pond, a chilling rumor paralyzes the palace: the pond spirit has returned to wipe out the King’s bloodline. The King fiercely dismisses the killings as mere conspiracy, until his last remaining son, Prince Yeongan collapses. Driven to desperation, the King secretly summons Gu-cheon, who can traverse the Realm of Gwi and defeat them. To ensure his loyalty, the King pairs him with Saeng-gang, a court lady born with the ability to hear spirits. Gu-cheon embarks on the life-or-death mission to destroy the spirit and lift the curse of the East Palace, or die within its walls. But as Gu-cheon hunts the spirit and Saeng-gang secretly spies on his every move, the two draw closer to the dark truth of the East Palace that lies beneath the pond.

Season two of Das Boot premieres August 4 on MHz Choice. In the WWII drama, the crew of U612, a German U-boat, embark on their maiden voyage in 1942. Meanwhile, a young woman finds herself caught between the Gestapo and the French Resistance. In its second season, the action takes place across two continents as Klaus Hoffman lands in New York and must navigate the American system and a complex relationship with a Senator’s son. 

Wrath premieres July 29 on Netflix. In Rio de Janeiro—the birthplace of MMA—a young man is rescued on the brink of death, with no memory. To discover his identity and build a new life, he’ll have to fight. 

Musafir Cafe premieres July 24 on Netflix. The series is a sweeping romance where strangers become companions, chance encounters change destinies, and every choice shapes a journey of love, loss and self-discovery. Some journeys take us to new places. The most unforgettable ones lead us to ourselves. Chander Mohan Sharma longs for a life that finally feels like his own. A Killer Among Friends premieres July 20 on ID. The series will continue to unpack devastating cases of deception among groups where everyone thought they knew everything about each other. 

Project Hail Mary will begin streaming on Prime Video July 3. Science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up on a spaceship light years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory returns, he begins to uncover his mission: solve the riddle of the mysterious substance causing the sun to die out. He must call on his scientific knowledge and unorthodox ideas to save everything on Earth from extinction… but an unexpected friendship means he may not have to do it alone. 

Camp Rock 3 premieres August 13 on Disney Channel, and August 14 on Disney+. When Connect 3 loses their opening act for a major reunion tour, they return to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing. As campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite band, tensions rise and friendships are tested – leading to unexpected alliances, revelations, and romances. Joining the franchise are Liamani Segura (Sage), Malachi Barton (Fletch), Lumi Pollack (Rosie), Sherry Cola (Lark), Hudson Stone (Desi), Casey Trotter (Cliff), Brooklynn Pitts (Callie) and Ava Jean (Madison). Returning cast members include Joe Jonas (Shane Gray), Nick Jonas (Nate Gray), Kevin Jonas (Jason Gray) and Maria Canals-Barrera (Connie). “One Beat Away,” first single from “Camp Rock 3” and performed by Liamani and the cast, is now available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and YouTube Music. The “Camp Rock 3” Original Soundtrack will be available to pre-save/pre-add and pre-order digitally and to pre-order on vinyl beginning July 13. The digital soundtrack will be available Aug. 13 with the vinyl to follow.
