There is a decision in the custody battle and Lucas receives custody of Allie much to Sami’s chagrin. Tony puts his plans to dupe Kate into motion. Lexie faces the hospital board during a review of her position as Chief of Staff. Victor learns that Kate and Daniel had sex. Chelsea is crushed when she sees Nick kissing Melanie.

Bo, Hope and Abe are not pleased when they are told to let Stefano walk. Stefano proposes to Kate. Marlena insists on a divorce from John. Trent asks Marlena out on a date. Steve concerned, asks Hope to check out Trent and discovers some shocking news.
