IF IT’S NOT ONE, IT MUST BE THE OTHER
Casey, Noah, and Luke are convinced that Matt played a role in Reg’s overdose. Hoping to catch Matt in the act, the three young men enlist Jade to set him up. When Matt won’t sell Jade drugs and Alison exposes her friends’ trickery, Luke and Noah are forced to tell Margo that Casey was the last one seen with the drugs they found in Reg’s pocket. Margo finds Casey’s backpack and the drugs and Casey accuses Alison and Matt of trying to even the score by framing him. Matt (with Alison by his side) and Casey both appear at the station, each to blame the other for responsibility of the drugs, and get into a fist fight. To make matters worse, a cop returns to Margo and reveals he found a large sum of money in Casey’s belongings. Disappointed in himself, Casey confesses to his mother that he’s started gambling again. Margo’s left with no choice but to arrest her son for the drugs, but Jade assures Casey that she’s got his back.
OAKDALE HAPPENINGS
When Brad finds Katie collapsed, he rushes her to the hospital and learns she had an ectopic pregnancy. Still covering up her use of fertility drugs, Katie learns she probably won’t be able to carry a baby to term and soon contemplates Vienna’s offer to be a surrogate. The launch party for Midnight Sun goes awry when Lucy’s return prevents Craig from making the opening on time. Parker babysits Johnny for Craig, but soon finds himself in the middle of grown-up drama. Hoping to make Meg want him back, Paul brings a hooker to lunch and is delighted to see his ex-wife affected by the hooker’s presence. Dusty and Meg reconcile. Holden and Lily plead with Luke to stay away from the drama created by his peers. Janet helps out Carly. Derek presents Jade with some interesting information about Matt.
