Bleu joins the series as Jeffrey Young, a young, brilliant reporter who moves to Llanview to work for Victoria Lord’s (Erika Slezak) esteemed newspaper, The Banner. Jeffrey is a friend of Matthew Buchanan (Robert Gorrie) and Danielle Manning (Kelley Missal).

“We are absolutely thrilled to have Corbin Bleu join the remarkable cast of One Life to Live. Corbin is multi-talented and we look forward to seeing this dynamic character unfold,” said Jeff Kwatinetz, Chairman and CEO of Prospect Park.

With credits spanning Broadway, television and film, Bleu should fit in quite nicely in the world of soaps. In addition starring in the Emmy-award winning Disney Channel franchise High School Musical, he’s appeared on Hannah Montana, Blue Bloods, The Beautiful Life and The Good Wife.

Corbin Bleu is represented by Innovative Artists.

  1. If PP wants to attack new younger viewers, this is the way to do it! I have to say I am very impressed with the new cast members that PP has gotten for both OLTL and AMC. These reboots should be a nice mixture of soap vets and hot new talent.
