We have our first look at Elizabeth Olsen as Candy Montgomery in HBO Max’s upcoming limited series Love & Death. The series is a telling of the 1980 true story of Texas housewife Candy Montgomery’s murder of Betty Gore. It was inspired by the book “Evidence of Love: A True Story of Passion and Death in the Suburbs”. The cast also includes Jesse Plemons, Lily Rabe, Patrick Fugit, Keir Gilchrist, Elizabeth Marvel, Tom Pelphrey and Krysten Ritter. 

The new trailer for Doctor Who: Flux is out now. The new season kicks off October 31 on BBC America. The six episode season is the final for Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor and showrunner Chris Chibnall, but they will be a part of three specials next year as a goodbye. Russell T Davies will be returning to the series as showrunner in 2023 with a new actor in the role of the Doctor. 

Season two of Starz’s Power Book II: Ghost premieres November 21. The network revealed the trailer for the new season.

Big Mouth returns for season five on Netflix November 5. The new season will also give fans a first look at characters which will be appearing in the Big Mouth spinoff series Human Resources starring Brandon Kyle Goodman, Pamela Adlon.

ABC has set a new special titled The Queen Family Singalong, a new installment inspired by the previous Disney Family Singalong specials. Hosted by Darren Criss, the special will air November 4. Performers include Adam Lambert (“The Show Must Go On”), Derek Hough and Alexander Jean (“Another One Bites The Dust”), Fall Out Boy (“Under Pressure”), Jimmie Allen with Miss Piggy (“Crazy Little Thing Called Love”), JoJo Siwa and Orianthi (“We Will Rock You”), OneRepublic (“We Are The Champions”) and Pentatonix (“Somebody To Love”). Broadway cast members from the shows The Lion King and Aladdin will also perform along with others to be announced later.

Netflix’s animated series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is set to return for season four December 3. The DreamWorks Animation series will explore a new island in the new season. 

Season three of Desus & Mero returns from hiatus on Showtime October 17. The series airs weekly on Sundays and Thursdays. 

Discovery+’s series Well Done with Sebastian Maniscalco returns for season two November 16. The first season will be getting aired on Food Network starting November 16. In the series, Maniscalco explores  food-centric topics he has always been curious about. 

TBS and Cartoon Network will be airing a game show surrounding the world of Harry Potter. In Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses, fans compete to take home the title of House Cup Champion through trivia questions. Special guests will make appearances and the four episode series will be hosted by Helen Mirren. The event kicks off November 28. 

Nickelodeon and Paramount+ will premiere A Loud House Christmas November 26. The live action adaptation of The Loud House sees Lincoln Loud realize his family may be apart for Christmas and enlists the help of his best friend, Clyde McBride, to ensure that the entire Loud family celebrate the holidays together.
