Hayden Christensen will be reprising his role as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader in the upcoming Star Wars Disney+ series Ahsoka. He will be joining Rosario Dawson who appeared last season on The Mandalorian. The news comes after it was confirmed he would be reprising his role for another Star Wars Disney+ series focusing on Obi-Wan Kenobi. 

Jason Sudeikis is set to host SNL October 23. The Ted Lasso star is returning to his old stomping grounds with musical guest Brandi Carlile. 

HBO Max’s Head of the Class remake of the 1980s sitcom of the same name is set to premiere November 4. The trailer for the series is out now.

ABC’s The Rookie announced they would be banning live weapons on set following the tragic accident on the set of the film Rust. CGI will be used in its place for scenes involving the firing of weapons. The news comes after Eric Kripke announced they would no longer use live rounds on the sets of his projects including Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys. 

NBC gave a pilot order to the comedy Lopez vs. Lopez starring George Lopez and his daughter Mayan Lopez. The series follows a working-class family which focuses on their dysfunction, reconnection and all the pain and joy in between. 

Food Network’s classic Throwdown series is returning for a new round of competition. This time, Michael Symon is taking the reins for the four episode season. Along with his culinary director Katie Pickens, each episode sees Symon take on different chef’s signature dish and challenge them to a good old-fashioned Throwdown. Throwdown with Michael Symon will premiere December 7.  

New episodes of Mary McCartney Serves It Up are set to premiere on Discovery+ November 23. In the four new episodes, Mary shares her sincere love of family gatherings and meat-free entertaining for the holidays with more celebrity guests including Sir Paul McCartney, Stella McCartney, Reese Witherspoon, and Oprah Winfrey. 

The first part of the second season of The World According to Jeff Goldblum is set to premiere on Disney+ day, November 12. The trailer for the new season is out now.

Mark Millar’s comic series Super Crooks is being adapted into an animated series for Netflix. In the series, eight super-villains are recruited for a heist. The thirteen episode series premieres November 25. 

The final season of AMC+, Sundance Now and Shudder’s A Discovery of Witches is set to premiere January 2022. Today they released a first look official trailer for the final run. 

TBS’s Go-Big Show returns with season two January 6. The talent series features judges T-Pain, Rosario Dawson, Jennifer Nettles, Cody Rhodes and is hosted by Bert Kreischer.

Amazon Prime Video’s coming-of-age docuseries Always Jane is set to premiere November 12. The four episode series follows transgender teenager Jane Noury and her family as she prepares to leave home for college. 

The CW’s upcoming special Scooby Doo, Where Are You Now! is set to premiere October 29. We have a look at the first promo for the event.
