The Lake returns for season two on Prime Video June 9. Justin and Riley, decide to make their relationship official. But their plans, along with the beloved boathouse, go up in flames. Carrying equal parts shame and blame, Justin sets out to prove his innocence, rebuild the heart of the lake, and win back the man he loves. Meanwhile, Maisy-May is dealing with a wildfire of her own: The return of her mother Mimsy, who claims she’s dying and wants to spend her final summer with her family on the lake. Billie returns for what is meant to be a one-week vacation. Her holiday changes after a gorgeous tree planter, Forrest, and a fierce climate activist, Ivy, suddenly give her two reasons to blow up her summer.

Season two of Joe Pickett premieres on Paramount+ June 4 with two episodes. Wyoming game warden Joe Pickett discovers a hunter murdered in the mountains and realizes this is just one of a series of gruesome murders. To solve the case and catch the killer, Joe must navigate a radical anti-hunting activist, a ghoulish set of twins living off the grid and his own tortured past. Joe and his wife, Marybeth, discover that the murdered men weren’t as innocent as they seemed. But when they dig too deep, they are forced to go on the run and fight for their very lives. 

HBO Comedy special Sarah Silverman: Someone You Love premieres May 27. Sarah Silverman returns with her first HBO comedy special since 2013’s acclaimed Sarah Silverman: We Are Miracles. Filmed at The Wilbur Theater in Boston, the new special features the New England native showcasing her fearless chutzpah. 

Season three of Hulu’s Only Murder in the Building will premiere August 8. The series follows three strangers who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one. When a grisly death occurs inside their exclusive Upper West Side apartment building, the trio suspects murder and employs their precise knowledge of true crime to investigate the truth. As they record a podcast of their own to document the case, the three unravel the complex secrets of the building which stretch back years. Perhaps even more explosive are the lies they tell one another. Soon, the endangered trio comes to realize a killer might be living amongst them as they race to decipher the mounting clues before it’s too late. Joining series stars Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez this season include Paul Rudd and Meryl Streep.

Marvel has set dates for their upcoming Disney+ series Loki and Echo. Season two of Loki will premiere weekly beginning October 6. Echo, a spinoff of Hawkeye, will premiere with all episodes November 29. The new series tells the origin story of Maya Lopez, whose ruthless behavior in New York City catches up with her in her hometown. She must face her past, reconnect with her Native American roots and embrace the meaning of family and community if she ever hopes to move forward. 

The Daytime Emmys have been postponed due to the ongoing writers strike. The ceremony was set to air on CBS June 16. The Creative Arts & Lifestyle awards will also be postponed. They were set for June 17. 

Hulu has renewed The Kardashians for an additional twenty episodes. The cameras return as Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie invite viewers back into their lives as they navigate motherhood, coparenting, and building their own empires. Their bond will be tested and tensions arise, but as a family they will stand together through the storm. 

The CW has canceled comedy series Would I Lie to You? after one season. The series was an adaptation of the British show of the same name. 

Small Town Potential premieres on HGTV June 14. In the eight-episode season, real estate agent and designer, Davina Thomasula, and her life partner and contractor, Kristin Leitheuser, will help families who are ready to settle down in a cozy upstate New York town find the perfect house to renovate and call home. In each episode, Davina will devise a timeless design plan complemented by the area’s natural surroundings that Kristin will bring to life with the help of her dad and building partner, Don. 

ESPN announced a new series titled In the Arena: Serena Williams. Following the success of Man in the Arena: Tom Brady, Serena’s expansion of the franchise will be a multi-part series that provides the most complete, intimate, and compelling account of her legendary career, featuring firsthand perspective from Serena and key figures throughout her life. 

Season 23 of NBC’s competition series The Voice will conclude with special performances from Lewis Capaldi and Alex Newell during the live show on Monday, May 22 (8-10 p.m. ET/PT). CeeLo Green, Diplo & Lily Rose, Maroon 5 and Toosii will take the stage during the two-hour live season finale on Tuesday, May 23 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT). The finale will include special appearances from familiar faces to “The Voice.” Camila Cabello, Jennifer Hudson, Nick Jonas, John Legend, Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Usher, Pharrell Williams and Dolly Parton will join the show as they commemorate Blake’s final episode. 

The Onyx Collective’s Queenie has been ordered to series. Queenie Jenkins is a 25-year-old Jamaican British woman living in south London, straddling two cultures and slotting neatly into neither. After a messy breakup with her long-term boyfriend, Queenie seeks comfort in all the wrong places and begins to realize she has to face the past head-on before she can rebuild. The eight episode series is based on the book by Candice Carty-Williams. 

Oxygen’s Real Murders of Orange County returns for season three May 30. The series delves into the dark underbelly of Southern California’s opulent coastal communities. From a shocking double murder at a family-owned business to a young woman’s disappearance that goes unsolved for nearly a decade, viewers will learn the shocking crimes and twisted motives that lurk behind the sun-drenched facades of privilege and wealth through first hand access to the law enforcement that worked the case and the friends and families directly and forever impacted. 

ESPN platforms are set to provide more NBA Draft coverage than ever before. It marks ESPN’s most extensive coverage of the event ever. On Thursday, June 22, the 2023 NBA Draft Presented by State Farm will be available across ABC, ESPN, ESPN Radio and ESPN digital platforms, starting at 8 p.m. ET. ABC will broadcast the first round of the event, while the full NBA Draft will be available on ESPN and ESPN Radio. ESPN digital platforms will carry the first round. The NBA Draft emanates from Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. It is ESPN’s 21st NBA Draft.

Warner Bros. Discovery Sports will exclusively present the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs Eastern Conference Final, Florida Panthers vs. Carolina Hurricanes, starting May 18. Live game coverage throughout the Eastern Conference Final will begin at 7 p.m. each night with NHL on TNT Face Off Presented by Verizon hosted by Liam McHugh, alongside hockey icon Wayne Gretzky, Vezina Trophy winner Henrik Lundqvist, 10-year NHL veteran Anson Carter and Calder Cup Champion Paul Bissonnette. Head coach of the Tampa Bay Lightning Jon Cooper will join the studio show as a guest analyst on Saturday, May 20 for Game 2 of the series. 

The Pat McAfee Show will be moving to ESPN this fall. It will air live weekdays on ESPN, the ESPN YouTube Channel, the ESPN App and ESPN+. McAfee will continue his analyst role on ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot, and hosting alternate presentations of college football telecasts 

Prime Video has inked a multiyear deal with the Professional Pickleball Association. The deal gives Prime Video exclusive global streaming rights to four live PPA Tour events per year, including the 2023-24 PPA World Championship Series. Coverage on Prime Video starts Thursday, May 18, with the Acrytech Atlanta Open presented by Vizzy from Life Time in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The four days of tournament coverage will begin at 10:00 a.m. EDT daily. Hosted by on-air analysts Dave Fleming and Kyle McKenzie, as well as play-by-play announcers Michelle McMahon and Camryn Irwin, the event is one of four Majors on the PPA Tour this year and will offer teams double the typical ranking points. 

The 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will take place on February 24, 2024. The two-hour ceremony will be streamed live on Netflix at 8 p.m. (ET) / 5 p.m. (PT) from the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall. 

Siren: Survive the Island premieres on Netflix May 30. 24 female police officers, firefighters, bodyguards, soldiers, athletes and stuntwomen team up by profession to compete for survival on a remote island.

Docuseries Destination: European Nights will premiere on Paramount+ June 6.
