Syfy has renewed SurrealEstate for a third season. The series follows real estate agent Luke Roman and an elite team of specialists that handle the cases no one else can: haunted and possessed houses that literally scare would-be buyers away. Researching, investigating and “fixing” the things that go bump in the night, the team works to create closure, and closings, even as they struggle with demons of their own. 

The fifth and final season of Star Trek: Discovery premieres April 4 on Paramount+. The new season will find Captain Burnham and the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery uncovering a mystery that will send them on an epic adventure across the galaxy to find an ancient power whose very existence has been deliberately hidden for centuries. But there are others on the hunt as well… dangerous foes who are desperate to claim the prize for themselves and will stop at nothing to get it. 

Apple TV+ has ordered conspiracy thriller Prime Target. The eight episode series features a brilliant young math post-graduate, Edward Brooks, on the verge of a major breakthrough. If he succeeds in finding a pattern in prime numbers, he will hold the key to every computer in the world. Soon he begins to realize an unseen enemy is trying to destroy his idea before it’s even born, which throws him into the orbit of Taylah Sanders, a female NSA agent, who’s been tasked with watching and reporting on mathematicians’ behavior. Together they start to piece together the troubling conspiracy Edward is at the heart of. 

Brittany Snow has been cast in the Starz drama series The Hunting Wives. She joins Malin Åkerman in the eight episode twisty thriller. Snow will portray Sophie O’Neil in the series based on the novel by May Cobb, which tells the story of Sophie and her family’s move from the East Coast to deep East Texas, where she succumbs to socialite Margo Bank’s irresistible charms – and finds her life consumed by obsession, seduction, and murder. 

Syfy has set return dates for its scripted series. Chucky will return for the second half of its third season April 10. Reginald The Vampire returns for season two May 8. The Ark will return for its second season this summer. 

Hulu has canceled This Fool after two seasons. The series is an irreverent, cinematic half-hour comedy set in working class South Central Los Angeles. After Julio’s job and love life blew up at the end of last season, this season, new roommates Julio and Luis embark on finding new careers and romances with the help of Minister Payne, Chef Percy and other former Huggers. 

Apples Never Fall premieres on Peacock March 14. The limited series is based on Liane Moriarty’s novel of the same name. It centers on the seemingly picture-perfect Delaney family. Former tennis coaches Stan and Joy have sold their successful tennis academy and are ready to start what should be the golden years of their lives. While they look forward to spending time with their four adult children, everything changes when a wounded young woman knocks on Joy and Stan’s door, bringing the excitement they’ve been missing. But when Joy suddenly disappears, her children are forced to re-examine their parents’ so-called perfect marriage as their family’s darkest secrets begin to surface. 

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live premieres February 25 on AMC. The series presents an epic love story of two characters changed by a changed world. Kept apart by distance. By an unstoppable power. By the ghosts of who they were. Rick and Michonne are thrown into another world, built on a war against the dead… And ultimately, a war against the living. Can they find each other and who they were in a place and situation unlike any they’ve ever known before? Are they enemies? Lovers? Victims? Victors? Without each other, are they even alive — or will they find that they, too, are the Walking Dead?

Peacock has ordered four new scripted series. Devil In Disguise: John Wayne Gacy is a limited series based on the harrowing exploits of one of America’s most notorious serial killers and the rigorous investigation that ultimately brought him down. All Her Fault is a suburban-thriller limited series, adapted from the best-selling novel of the same name, which opens on a plausibly terrifying situation that eventually unearths the deep secrets of a wealthy Chicago community. The untitled James Wan series starring Simu Liu is an espionage techno-thriller series. Mr. Throwback is a mockumentary comedy series starring NBA legend Stephen Curry and Adam Pally that was originally developed at NBC. 

Molly Shannon will recur on hulu’s Only Murders in the Building. The fourth season will see the story shift to Los Angeles for a period of time. 

Martin Bobb-Semple has been promoted to series regular on All American: Homecoming. He has been recurring on The CW series since the first season. The promotion comes after two original regulars Peyton Alex Smith and Kelly Jenrette will recur in the new season. 

Peacock has renewed Queens Court for a second season. The series will return with three new celebrity queens who embark on a journey of a lifetime to find their King by dating 22 confident, successful men. Guided by Hollywood “couple goals” hosts, Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete, the Queens must let go of past heartbreak, embrace new connections, and find a man worthy of sharing their throne! 

Netflix has announced the episode titles for the upcoming third season of Bridgerton. The upcoming season will premiere in two parts on May 16 and June 13.

An Untitled Usher drama project is in the works. The potential series would be inspired by the music of the singer. Set in Atlanta, the series will follow Black love and individuals looking to find a place to call home. The series will explore music, style, sex, romance and secrets that threaten to tear relationships apart. 

Season six of Love Island USA will premiere this summer on Peacock. The series features a group of sexy singles on a search for love in a beautiful villa. Throughout their stay in a tropical oasis, Islanders will couple up to face brand new heart-racing challenges and bigger twists and turns than ever before. Temptations will rise and drama will ensue as new “bombshells” arrive, forcing Islanders to decide if they want to remain with their current partners or recouple with someone new. 

NBC has ordered a drama pilot titled Grosse Pointe Garden Society. Four members of a suburban garden club, all from different walks of life, get caught up in murder and mischief as they struggle to make their conventional lives bloom.

Season two of of The Traitors UK will premiere on Peacock March 8. Season two of The Traitors Australia and season one of The Traitors New Zealand will premiere March 28. 

ESPN and ESPN+ will carry ten 2024 MLB Spring Training Games beginning February 22. Eleven MLB Clubs will take the field across ESPN and ESPN+ to begin the 35th year of MLB game broadcasts on ESPN. 

Love Undercover premieres May 9 on Peacock. The series is a modern-day fairytale meets buddy comedy about a small group of international soccer stars who come to the United States on a secret quest for true love. We’ll follow them on an epic journey filled with drama, heartbreak and self-discovery. Can they win over the ladies without their fame and fortune? And will any of them fall for an American princess before returning to the global stage? For these men, finding love is the #1 goal. 

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? premieres March 17 on TLC. Couples continue to navigate the highs and lows in their relationships including everything from preparing for first impressions with the in-laws, to managing significant cultural differences, to working through turbulent family dynamics and more. These couples are kissing the honeymoon stage goodbye as they navigate the next step in their love story.
