Bad Monkey premieres on Apple TV+ August 14 with the first two episodes. Based on Carl Hiaasen’s novel, the series tells the story of Andrew Yancy, who has been bounced from the Miami Police Department and is now a health inspector in the Keys. But after stumbling upon a case that begins with a human arm fished up by tourists, he realizes that if he can prove murder, he’ll be back in. He just needs to get past a trove of Floridian oddballs and one bad monkey. 

Mr. Throwback premieres on Peacock August 8. The series follows a down-on-his-luck memorabilia dealer who looks for redemption by reuniting with his sixth-grade teammate, NBA legend Stephen Curry. The series stars Stephen Curry, Adam Pally, Ego Nwodim and Adyen Mayeri. 

The English dub of BARTENDER Glass of God premieres July 25 on Crunchyroll. At Eden Hall, each glass has a story. A quiet bar lies tucked away in the streets of Tokyo, and it seems only the most desperate souls burdened by their own troubles manage to find its doors. But after a glass of God poured by the brilliant bartender Ryu, they leave renewed. Ryu has a gift—he knows how to soothe the soul with the perfect drink. Who will he meet next?

Season three of Industry premieres August 11 on HBO. The series gives an insider’s view of the blackbox of high finance following a group of young bankers as they forge their identities within the pressure cooker environment and sex and drug fueled blitz of international bank Pierpoint & Co’s London office. In season three, as Pierpoint looks to the future and takes a big bet on ethical investing, Yasmin, Robert, and Eric find themselves front and center in the splashy IPO of Lumi, a green tech energy company led by Sir Henry Muck, in a story that runs all the way to the very top of finance, media, and government. Since leaving Pierpoint, Harper is eager to get back into the addictive thrill of finance and finds an unlikely partner in FutureDawn portfolio manager Petra Koenig. 

Love Is Blind: UK premieres August 7 on Netflix. Emma and Matt Willis host a social experiment where British singles look for love and get engaged before meeting in person.

The English dub of Bye Bye, Earth premieres July 26 on Crunchyroll. Belle Lablac doesn’t really fit in as the only human being in a world full of anthropomorphic animals. No fangs, no fur, no scales, no claws. Lonely and eager to discover where she comes from, Belle journeys to find answers to the questions of her heart. Carrying nothing but her giant sword, the Runding, she faces a world of possibilities and pitfalls in hopes of discovering the truth.

William Jackson Harper has joined the cast of The Morning Show. He will recur in the upcoming fourth season of the Apple TV+ series. 

Six slice of life short films based on the anime series Lycoris Recoil are coming soon. The six episodes will follow the daily lives of Chisato, Takina and others all set in a cozy café.The first season streamed on Crunchyroll and aired on adult swim. 

Costa Ronin has been added to the cast of For All Mankind. He will be a series regular in the upcoming fifth season of the Apple TV+ series. 

Hulu’s Dress My Tour will get a special airing on ABC. The first episode will air July 29 at 10. Eleven aspiring fashion designers bring their own personal flair to the work room as they compete for the chance to snag one of 10 designer spots for the first celebrity artists. 

Divided by Design premieres August 20 on HGTV. As they run dueling design firms and bid against each other for clients in the red-hot Miami housing market, married interior designers Ray and Eilyn Jimenez use their professional rivalry to fuel their creativity. Ray, who favors a modern eclectic approach, and Eilyn, who blends old-world influences with a timeless functional vibe, aim to wow potential clients with their distinct design aesthetics – knowing that only one of them will close the deal and get a chance to deliver the remarkable transformation that every client wants. Every episode will follow the winning designer’s process from beginning to end, resulting in stunning reveals that encapsulate the style and flare that is intrinsically Miami. Alongside the primary design story, the duo also will check in on a high-end project, including the full gut renovation of their own home which has taken far longer than originally planned. 

Docuseries In Vogue: The 90s premieres September 13 on hulu with the first three episodes. The series tells the definitive story of the fashion industry in the 90s through the eyes of Vogue editors, Hamish Bowles, Edward Enninful, Tonne Goodman and Anna Wintour. Packed with some of the most influential names across fashion, film and politics, “In Vogue: The 90s” is a thrilling journey across continents and through ten years that changed fashion forever. Hollywood. Grunge. The Met Gala. The globalization of American fashion. Hip hop. Each episode in this six-part series centres on a defining 90s moment. 

Netflix has ordered a fourth season of Alpha Males. The series deals with the daily life of four friends in the midst of a mid-life crisis and their efforts to adapt to this new era of masculinity, deconstructing themselves (or trying to) in the process. Netflix also announced that the series will have different adaptations in other European markets such as France, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany. 

True crime docuseries At Witt’s End – The Hunt for a Killer premieres August 6 on hulu. In 1994, 19-year-old Melissa Witt went missing from an Arkansas bowling alley. After six weeks of a community-wide search effort, Melissa’s body was found deep in the Ozark National Forest, 50 miles from where she disappeared. Thirty years later, the new docuseries explores the ongoing search for answers in Melissa’s case and follows new investigators as they comb through extensive evidence, uncovering new information in the decades-long search for her killer. 

A two-part documentary about the comedic icon Mel Brooks is currently in production at HBO. An expansive yet intimate look at one of comedy’s most hilarious and influential minds, whose work has had audiences around the world laughing for more than 70 years. 

Season three of Back to 15 premieres August 21. In the final season, after a photoblog glitch, Anita is transported back to when she was 18 years old. Now she must navigate university life while realizing there’s another time traveler dictating the rules, and who could change the course of her destiny.
