Star Wars: Skeleton Crew premieres on Disney+ December 3. The series follows the journey of four kids who make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet, then get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. Finding their way home – and meeting unlikely allies and enemies – will be a greater adventure than they ever imagined.

Season two of Squid Game premieres on Netflix December 26. The series has also been renewed for a third and final season set to premiere in 2025. Three years after winning Squid Game, Player 456 remains determined to find the people behind the game and put an end to their vicious sport. Using this fortune to fund his search, Gi-hun starts with the most obvious of places: look for the man in a sharp suit playing ddakji in the subway. But when his efforts finally yield results, the path toward taking down the organization proves to be deadlier than he imagined: to end the game, he needs to re-enter it. 

Breathless premieres August 30 on Netflix. While public health is at stake, this medical team tries to save lives and survive the stresses of their own. At the head of the Joaquín Sorolla Hospital we have Dr. Jessica Donoso (Blanca Suárez), Dr. Biel De Felipe (Manu Ríos), Dr. Pilar Amaro (Aitana Sánchez-Gijón), Dr. Néstor Moa (Borja Luna) and director Lluis (Alfonso Bassave); These doctors will be key to treating a serious illness for Patricia Segura (Najwa Nimri), the president of the Valencian community. 

Terminator Zero premieres on Netflix August 29. 2022: A future war has raged for decades between the few human survivors and an endless army of machines. 1997: The AI known as Skynet gained self-awareness and began its war against humanity. Caught between the future and this past is a soldier sent back in time to change the fate of humanity. She arrives in 1997 to protect a scientist named Malcolm Lee who works to launch a new AI system designed to compete with Skynet’s impending attack on humanity. As Malcolm navigates the moral complexities of his creation, he is hunted by an unrelenting assassin from the future which forever alters the fate of his three children.

Anime series Sakamoto Days premieres on Netflix January 2025. Follow the action-packed story of legendary ex-hitman Taro Sakamoto, as he bands with comrades to face off against the looming threat of assassins to ensure a peaceful life with his beloved family. Sakamoto and company run wild in no-holds-barred, over-the-top battles that have stolen the spotlight and captivated audiences far and wide. In a world overrun by assassins like the special force “The Order” from the Japanese Association of Assassins (JAA), and a mysterious individual called “X (Slur)” targeting assassins, what is the true meaning of strength for Sakamoto? Get ready for non-stop assassin action as chaos ensues in the ordinary (and not-so-ordinary) life of Sakamoto and his comrades! 

Limited series Before premieres October 25 on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes. The ten episode psychological thriller stars Billy Crystal. The series follows Eli, a child psychiatrist who, after recently losing his wife, Lynn, encounters a troubled young boy, Noah, who seems to have a haunting connection to Eli’s past. As Eli attempts to help Noah, their mysterious bond deepens. 

Peacock’s Battlestar Galactica reboot is no longer in development at Peacock. The potential series will now be shopped elsewhere. 

Colin Jost will serve as host of Prime Video’s Pop Culture Jeopardy!, the first Jeopardy! series created exclusively for a major streaming service. It is a brand-new twist on the classic quiz show’s “answer-and-question” format that combines the academic rigor of Jeopardy! with the excitement and unpredictability of pop culture. Contestants, playing in teams of three, will need to be experts in categories from Alternative Rock to The Avengers; Broadway to MMA; Gen Z to Zendaya as they compete in a tournament-style event for the grand prize and ultimate bragging rights. 

Production on Apple TV+’s Loot has been postponed. Star Maya Rudolph is set to appear on the upcoming season of Saturday Night Live reprising her portrayal of current Vice President Kamala Harris as she runs for President. The 50th season will premiere on NBC September 28. 

Bargain Block returns September 4 on HGTV. The new episodes follow home renovation experts and partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas on their journey to restore Detroit’s iconic American neighborhoods one block at a time. With sound advice and support from their friend – lifetime Detroit resident and real estate expert Shea Hicks-Whitfield – Keith and Evan will buy the most rundown and dilapidated houses on a single block, take them down to the studs, and create affordable, stylish and fully furnished starter homes that are ideal for first-time homebuyers. 

Travel series My Happy Place is coming to CNN in 2025. Across six visually stunning episodes, the series follows a different host on an immersive journey, bringing viewers along as they venture to a personally meaningful place in their lives. Throughout each episode, our famous guides share moments of personal reflection while unlocking the broader story of each location, its people and culture to reveal why these specific destinations – both ordinary and extraordinary – have become their sanctuaries. Featured hosts include Alan Cumming, Taraji P. Henson, Simu Liu, Billy Porter, Octavia Spencer and Questlove. 

Boarders will return for a second season on Tubi. The series follows the lives of five talented Black teenagers from inner-city London as they navigate life at an elite boarding school. The second season will see a new era for the students at St Gilbert’s. With the headmaster who brought them on now suspended following a school rebellion, the acting headmistress has made her intentions clear- she wants them gone. The first season focused on the five outsiders as they begin to thrive in this new boarding school environment and the second season will test them in how much they’re willing to sacrifice to survive.
