Season three of Heartstopper premieres October 3 on Netflix. Charlie and Nick are ready to take things to the next level. As they get closer in every way, they face their relationship’s biggest challenge yet. Charlie would like to tell Nick that he loves him. Nick also has something important to say to Charlie. As the summer holiday ends and the months race on, the friends begin to realize that the school year will come with both its joys and its challenges. As they learn more about each other and their relationships, plan social events and parties, and start thinking about university choices, everyone must learn to lean on those they love when life doesn’t go to plan. 

Doctor Odyssey premieres on ABC September 26. Escape to a world of dreamers, drama, and deluxe extravagance. Max is the new on-board doctor for a luxury cruise ship where the staff works hard and plays harder. It’s all-hands-on-deck as Max and his small but mighty medical team navigate unique medical crises and each other, miles from shore. 

Deceitful Love premieres October 9 on Netflix. After turning 60, a wealthy woman suddenly falls in love with an attractive and much younger man, but her family raises doubts about his intentions. A relationship as passionate as it is controversial puts Monica Guerritore and Giacomo Gianniotti at the center of this psychological thriller, in which the age difference doesn’t seem to be the only problem.

Blood Legacy premieres on Netflix September 20. After years of estrangement, Khanyi Adesina returns home to fight for her family’s business empire as it threatens to collapse under corruption. Family. Power. Secrets. Who will come out on top? 

Season three of Industry will be moving to 10 for the final two episodes of the season. The series will continue to premiere on Max at 9. The change comes as The Penguin takes over the 9 slot on HBO. 

The next Monster anthology will focus on Ed Gein. Charlie Hunnam as the titular character in the Netflix series. Season two, Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, premieres September 19. 

Saturday Night’s Main Event returns to NBC December 14 in primetime. The live special will be held at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Long Island, N.Y., the site of the first-ever Saturday Night’s Main Event. It will also stream on Peacock. This is the first part of WWE’s new, five-year domestic media rights partnership with NBCUniversal, which officially kicked off last Friday with SmackDown on USA Network. 

Starting 5 premieres October 9 on Netflix. Get an unfiltered, behind-the-scenes look at the 2023-2024 NBA season through the eyes of five of the league’s biggest players – Jimmy Butler (Miami Heat), Anthony Edwards (Minnesota Timberwolves), LeBron James (Los Angeles Lakers), Domantas Sabonis (Sacramento Kings) and Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics). Docuseries Anatomy of Lies premieres on Peacock October 15. The series reveals the rise and fall of Grey’s Anatomy star writer Elisabeth Finch, whose jaw-dropping lies fooled Hollywood for years, and became fodder for many high-profile episodes of Grey’s. The story is told by some of her closest contacts, many speaking for the first time. Originally reported in the Vanity Fair article “Scene Stealer,” the docuseries reveals how Finch, a master of manipulation, saved her best fiction for her own life story and exploited the empathy of those around her. Her final mark was trauma survivor Jennifer Beyer, who entrusted Finch with her deepest secrets. But as Beyer uncovers the web of lies that deceived Hollywood for years, she faces a daunting challenge: can she reclaim the narrative from a convincing storyteller who showed no signs of stopping? 

Filming has begun on Max’s upcoming French series Merteuil. Starring Anamaria Vartolomei (Isabelle de Merteuil), Diane Kruger (Madame de Rosemonde), Vincent Lacoste (Vicomte de Valmont) and Lucas Bravo (Comte de Gercourt) reprise their iconic roles in this cruel and spirited play, directed by Jessica Palud. To be the hero of your own story, you sometimes have to be the villain in others’. Marquise de Merteuil, betrayed by Valmont, embarks on a daring journey to become Paris’ leading courtesan. Freely adapted from the novel “Les Liaisons Dangereuses” by Pierre Choderlos de Laclos, a thrilling exploration of the price of emotional & sexual freedom — in a world where women had little. 

The season finale of America’s Got Talent will air September 24 on NBC. The finale will feature incredible star-studded performances alongside the top 10 finalists, including guest performances from 11-time Olympic medalist Simone Biles & the Gold Over America Tour, award-winning, multi-platinum entertainer Michael Bublé, legendary guitarist Neal Schon and members of Journey, world-renowned DJ and producer Steve Aoki, acclaimed stand-up comedian Gabriel Iglesias, the electrifying cast of MAGIC MIKE LIVE Las Vegas, singer-songwriter Andra Day, AGT fan favorite Detroit Youth Choir, and more. An Oprah Special: The Presleys – Elvis, Lisa Marie and Riley premieres October 8 on CBS. Oprah Winfrey travels to the historic Graceland Mansion in Memphis, Tenn., to sit down with Riley, Elvis’s first-born grandchild, in her first in-depth interview since her mother died unexpectedly in 2023. Before her death, Lisa Marie recorded hours of stories from her remarkable, one-of-a-kind life, for a memoir, From Here to the Great Unknown, which Riley finished co-writing and will be on sale Oct. 8. In this first exclusive interview about the book, Riley shares what the writing process was like and stories and remembrances of her mother. Also featured are never-before-seen family photos and home videos, as well as selections of Lisa Marie’s personal audio recordings, including memories of her father, about whom Lisa Marie begins the book by writing: “I felt my father could change the weather. He was a god to me. A chosen human being.” Riley, herself an Emmy-nominated actress and director, opens up to Oprah about the extreme highs, lows and pressures of being a Presley, and the deep, profound relationship she had with her mother. The memoir, which Oprah and Riley discuss in detail, is a stunning look inside one of the most famous and legendary American families, detailing Lisa Marie’s idyllic but wild childhood years with Elvis, Elvis’ shocking death, her challenging teen years in the wake of her father’s death, her marriages, her devotion to her children and her agonizing descent into addiction. 

The History Channel has set premiere dates for two returning series. Forged In Fire will premiere October 2. The series heads back to the forge for some of the most intense blade smithing competitions yet. Mountain Men premieres October 3. It’s boom or bust as each character takes on bold new challenges, testing the limits of their skills and perseverance. This season, there’s no rest for the self-reliant men and women who have left modern day life to embrace the enduring traditions that once defined the West. 

Season eighteen of Married at First Sight premieres October 15 on Lifetime. Ten singles looking for love will embark on a journey to meet the love of their lives, where they will marry a complete stranger at the altar, travel to their honeymoons and then move in together as husband and wife. After the 8-week social experiment concludes, each newlywed will have to decide if they want to continue to stay married and start a future together or get divorced and go their separate ways. This season features a mature cast with more twists and turns than ever before, including an explosive cheating scandal that leads to a couple swap, which is sure to leave viewers speechless. The season reunites Pastor Cal, Dr. Pepper and Dr. Pia, all returning as experts to provide the couples with professional advice and support as they navigate through their marriage. Following each episode will be Married at First Sight: Afterparty, hosted by Keshia Knight Pulliam, to provide the inside scoop directly from the participants and special guests. During Beyond Decision Day, viewers will also get to see when cameras keep rolling past Decision Day and reveal what happens after the experiment ends and the marriages get even more raw. Two new specials will both air October 8, starting at 8/7c. The MAFS: Matchmaking Special will introduce our singles, followed by the MAFS: Kickoff Special, hosted by Kevin Frazier. 

Prime Video will bring exciting panels for New York Comic Con 2024 attendees from the highly anticipated new series Cross and Secret Level. The panels will feature cast and creatives as they dive into the exciting details and answer burning questions about their upcoming series, along with sharing breaking news and exclusive content. 

Nickelodeon continues to celebrate the landmark 25th anniversary of SpongeBob SquarePants with an immersive experience at its booth that pays homage to the iconic first episode of the world’s most famous yellow sea sponge at New York Comic Con 2024. During the four-day convention, Nick’s booth on the convention center floor (#1523) will re-create and transport fans into the “Help Wanted” pilot episode with 3D-animation, augmented reality (AR) and replicas of SpongeBob’s pineapple home and The Krusty Krab. 

CBS is launching “You’re Laughing at CBS,” a movement highlighting its quartet of fall comedies premiering next month – and celebrating the laughter and fun CBS generates through its comedies. As part of the campaign, CBS is officially rebranding the meaning of “sitcom” from situational comedy to “sit-down” comedy.  While others tout their stand-up comedy, CBS is reinforcing its brand of sit-down comedies, which provide audiences with a simple reason to be fully engaged while, yes, sitting down: lots and lots of satisfying laughs! In addition to the sitcom genre rebrand, CBS will host a night of in-person sit-down comedy emceed and attended by talent from the Network’s popular shows and will debut a chuckling CBS eye logo, an array of “You’re Laughing at CBS” on-air/social content – and more! 

Season two of Gremlins: The Wild Batch premieres on Max October 3. Taking place one year after the events of season one, the new season follows Gizmo, Sam, and Elle as they travel from their home in Shanghai to San Francisco, bringing even more magic, mystery and Mogwai mayhem. Hot on the trail of a new brood of evil Mogwai, our heroes journey deep into the American West, coming up against new supernatural creatures and picking up a few mysterious characters along the way. 

Season two of CURSES! premieres October 4 on Apple TV+. The series follows Pandora, Russ and Sky Vanderhouven, a family cursed by their ancestors’ pillaging of ancient artifacts from across the globe in which the father, Alex, was turned to stone. After reversing the curse on an adventure of a lifetime, the second season picks up with Alex rejoining the family as they continue working to undo the damage done by their greedy ancestors. But when something about Alex doesn’t seem quite right, the family must band together to solve the mysteries that confront them, both on the road and within the walls of Briarstone Manor.
