Competition reality series The Traitors will return for a fourth season January 8 on Peacock. The new season will feature an all-new lineup of pop-culture powerhouses, hosted once again by the devastatingly witty Alan Cumming. 

The eighth and final season of Outlander premieres March 6 on Starz. In the final chapter, a heart-wrenching journey lies ahead for Claire and Jamie’s enduring love story. As Season Eight begins, Jamie and Claire soon find the war has followed them home to Fraser’s Ridge, now a thriving settlement that has grown and flourished in their absence. With new arrivals and changes made during their years away, the Frasers are confronted with the question of what they are willing to sacrifice for the place they call home and, more importantly, what they would sacrifice to stay together. While the Frasers keep a united front against outside intruders, family secrets finally coming to light threaten to tear them apart from the inside. Although they’ve left the war for America’s freedom behind, their fight for Fraser’s Ridge has only just begun.

Netflix has ordered its A Different World sequel series. Debbie Allen will return as a director and EP alongside showrunner and EP Felicia Pride. Original series writers Reggie Rock Bythewood and Gina Prince-Bythewood will return as EPs with Mandy Summers and Tom Werner. Free-spirited freshman Deborah Wayne, daughter of Dwayne and Whitley, is setting out to build her own legacy alongside a whole new generation of Hillman’s best and brightest.

HBO Max’s The Pitt will run on TNT beginning December 1. As part of a special programming event, three back-to-back episodes will air weekly on Mondays through December 29 on TNT. Starring Noah Wyle as Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch, the critically acclaimed series is a realistic examination of the challenges facing healthcare workers in today’s America as seen through the lens of the frontline heroes working in a modern-day hospital in Pittsburgh. Each episode follows an hour of Dr. Robby’s (Wyle) 15-hour shift as the chief attendant in Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center’s emergency department. Tracy Ifeachor (Dr. Collins), Patrick Ball (Dr. Langdon), Katherine LaNasa (Dana Evans), Supriya Ganesh (Dr. Mohan), Fiona Dourif (Dr. McKay), Taylor Dearden (Dr. King), Isa Briones (Dr. Santos), Gerran Howell (Dennis Whitaker), Shabana Azeez (Victoria Javadi) also star in season one. It will return for season two in January 2026 on HBO Max.

Season two of Owning Manhattan premieres December 5 on Netflix. Ryan Serhant abandons “nice” for ruthless ambition, going on the offense to poach New York’s top agents while pushing his empire beyond Manhattan. With hundreds of millions in luxury listings at stake, everyone feels the pressure. Fierce rivalries erupt and friendships are tested, as the Serhant agents battle it out to prove who can survive – and thrive – in Manhattan’s most glamorous and cutthroat market. 

With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration premieres December 3 on Netflix. Join Meghan in Montecito for a magical holiday celebration. Together, friends and family deck the halls, create holiday feasts, craft heartfelt gifts, and share lots of laughs – with simple how-tos to follow at home. It’s a holiday wonder with warmth, tradition, and a generous dose of joy. 

Honest Renovations has been renewed for a fourth season at The Roku Channel. This season, Alba and Mathis are heading to the East Coast to help a new group of deserving families – marking an exciting evolution for the series. While staying true to the heart of Honest Renovations, season four will go beyond just transforming homes, diving deeper into the everyday challenges and personal journeys of each family. Viewers can expect even more heartfelt moments, candid conversations, and jaw-dropping reveals as the show explores how meaningful design can spark lasting change both inside and outside the home. Additionally, Roku has greenlit a third installment of “Honest Renovations: A Holiday Home Makeover,” set to premiere during the 2026 holiday season. Roku continues to build on the franchise with seasonal specials designed to connect with viewers during the most meaningful time of year.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest will add a Central Time zone midnight countdown live from Chicago for the first time in its more than 50-year history. Joining New York City’s Times Square live East Coast Time zone countdown and the only broadcast Spanish language live Atlantic Time zone countdown from Puerto Rico, Chicago will bring the city’s energy and New Year’s festivities directly into homes across the nation. The festivities will be led by a new host, live performance and on-the-ground updates, and reporting throughout the evening. More details will be announced soon. It airs Wednesday, Dec. 31, live on ABC beginning at 8:00 p.m. EST. 

Badly in Love, a fiery new Japanese Netflix reality series, brings together eleven former delinquents for 14 chaotic days under one roof. What begins as a social experiment quickly turns into a battle of emotion, pride, and redemption. The series premieres December 9, with all 10 episodes streaming worldwide over three weeks, with new episodes every Tuesday. 

Vince Gill will receive the 2025 CMA Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award at The 59th Annual CMA Awards November 19 on ABC. Previous recipients of the CMA Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award include Willie Nelson (2012), Kenny Rogers (2013), Johnny Cash (2015), Dolly Parton (2016), Kris Kristofferson (2019), Charley Pride (2020), Loretta Lynn (2021), Alan Jackson (2022) and George Strait (2024).

Golf Channel has announced the full team rosters for the upcoming Optum Golf Channel Games, the new, rapid-fire golf competition featuring Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler airing live in primetime on Golf Channel and USA Network on Wednesday, December 17, at Trump National Golf Club Jupiter, in Jupiter, Fla. Team Rory will include 2019 Open Champion Shane Lowry, two-time European Ryder Cup winning captain and former World No. 1 Luke Donald, and DP World Tour winner Haotong Li. Team Scottie will feature 2011 PGA Champion and 2025 U.S. Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley, five-time PGA TOUR winner Sam Burns, and former World No. 1 amateur and PGA TOUR rising rookie Luke Clanton.

Man Vs Baby premieres December 11 on Netflix. After a job looking after a high-tech mansion ended in disaster thanks to an irritating insect in Man vs Bee, Trevor Bingley (Rowan Atkinson) has left the stressful world of housesitting for the quieter life of a school caretaker. That is, until a lucrative offer to look after a luxury London penthouse over Christmas proves too tempting to resist. But on the last day of term, when no one comes to collect the Baby Jesus from the school nativity, Trevor finds himself with another undersized and very unexpected companion. With a penthouse to protect and a baby to burp, will Trevor be able to have the calm Christmas he hopes for, or will festivities descend into chaos?

Season two of The Gold will premiere on MASTERPIECE on PBS in 2026. The high stakes cat-and-mouse game continues! The stage is set for The Gold Season 2 with answers as to where over three tons of stolen gold bullion went. Hugh Bonneville, Jack Lowden, Charlotte Spencer, and Emun Elliott  reprise their roles as the London detectives leading the longest and costliest investigation in Metropolitan Police history. Sebastian Maniscalco: It Ain’t Right premieres November 21 on hulu. Filmed live at the legendary United Center arena in Chicago, Sebastian Maniscalco goes all in on family chaos, aging, and the little things that drive us all nuts – with his one-of-a-kind comedic bite. 

Here Come the Irish season two premieres December 8 on Peacock. The series offers an in-depth look at the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team, exploring their lives on and off the field. It documents the legendary football team through their grit, determination and brotherhood along with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with those closest to the program. On the field, witness the intense training regimens, strategic game preparations and the electrifying atmosphere of game days. Love Is Blind: Italy premieres December 1 on Netflix. The series represents a true social experiment, a less conventional approach to modern dating, in which a group of singles, eager to be loved for who they truly are, will have the chance to find their soulmate without the distractions of the outside world and choose someone to marry without ever seeing them. After meeting and getting engaged, the couples will explore their relationships in everyday life: work, friends, and family. Will reality and outside influences pull them apart or when the wedding day arrives, will they marry the person they fell in love with blindly?
