Netflix debuted new photos of Fire Nation characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Images include Daniel Dae Kim as “Fire Lord Ozai,” Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as “General Iroh,” Ken Leung as “Commander Zhao,” and Elizabeth Yu as “Princess Azula.” Plus a new image of Dallas Liu as “Prince Zuko.” The eight episode series premiere in 2024. A live-action reimagining of the beloved animated series following Aang, the young Avatar, as he learns to master the four elements (Water, Earth, Fire and Air) to restore balance to a world threatened by the terrifying Fire Nation.
NBC has renewed That’s My Jam for a third season. Inspired by the most popular Tonight Show games, the series features two teams of two celebrities competing for a charity of their choice in a series of music, dance, and trivia-based games and musical performances. The Jam Band, the aptly named house band, is led by Adam Blackstone.

The Calvin family is back at the North Pole, as Scott Calvin continues his role as Santa Claus after his retirement plans were thwarted when he failed to find a worthy successor in season one. Now that Scott and his family have successfully saved Christmas, Scott turns his focus towards training his son Cal to eventually take over the “family business” as Santa Claus.

Netflix will host its first ever live sports event as Drive to Survive and Full Swing athletes tee up and face off in an all-star golf tournament. The drivers and golfers will pair up to compete in a match play tournament at Wynn Golf Club at Wynn Las Vegas, the only 18-hole, championship golf course on the Las Vegas Strip, to kick off the week of the inaugural Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix beginning at 3p.m. PT / 6p.m. ET on November 14. Formula 1 Drivers include Alex Albon (Williams Racing), Pierre Gasly (BWT Alpine F1 Team), Lando Norris (McLaren Racing), and Carlos Sainz (Scuderia Ferrari). PGA Tour Golfers include Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas. Four pairs will play an eight-hole match with the top two teams advancing to the final hole, where they will battle for the chance to win the inaugural Netflix Cup title.
Hannah Waddingham: Home for Christmas premieres November 22 on Apple TV+. The musical event will ring in the holidays as Hannah Waddingham welcomes special guests for a musical extravaganza at the London Coliseum. The special was recorded live in front of an audience, and audiences around the world will be able to join Waddingham in celebrating her favorite time of year as she performs festive classics accompanied by a spectacular big band.
BTS: Yet to Come will premiere on Prime Video November 9. The special took place in October 2022, when the seven-member band performed in Busan, South Korea. As a part of Busan’s World Expo 2030 bid, the concert was held at the Asiad Main Stadium with approximately 50,000 people in attendance. BTS features RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook. It will include 19 performances of their hit tracks, such as “Dynamite,” “Butter,” “RUN,” “MIC Drop,” “Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment),” and more. Touching speeches, electrifying stages, spectacular fireworks, and more will be palpable as consumers get a concert-like experience.
Nate Bargatze will host Saturday Night Live October 28 for the first time. Foo Fighters will serve as musical guest for the ninth time. Bad Bunny was previously announced to host and perform on the October 21 episode.

HGTV has renewed Celebrity IOU for a fourth season. The network has also ordered two new series from Drew and Jonathan Scott. Backed By The Bros will see the guys offer their invaluable insight and resources to help inexperienced entrepreneurs find success with their high-stakes investment properties. Don’t Hate Your House with the Property Brothers will see the brothers find a way to fix problematic homes for frustrated families who desperately want to love their house. All three will premiere in 2024.
