Limited series Washington Black premieres July 23 on hulu. Starz has renewed Outlander: Blood of My Blood for a second season ahead of the series premiere August 8. A stand-alone prequel series set in the Outlander universe, the series follows the romance between Ellen MacKenzie and Brian Fraser, and Julia Moriston and Henry Beauchamp. From the battlefields of World War I to the rugged Highlands of 18th century Scotland, two fated couples must defy the forces that seek to tear them apart, unfolding in surprising and unforeseen ways.
Paramount+ has renewed MobLand for a second season. The series stars Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren, in a story about two mob families who clash in a war that threatens to topple empires and lives. The star-studded cast is rounded out by Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Geoff Bell, Daniel Betts, Lisa Dwan and Emily Barber.
Conner Floyd will be taking over the role of Chad DiMera on Peacock’s Days of our Lives. Floyd will make his debut in April 2026. He replaces Billy Flynn who announced his upcoming departure earlier this year.
Anime series BULLET/BULLET will premiere in two batches on hulu. Episodes 1-8 wil premiere on July 16, with episodes 9-12 premiering August 13.
As a tribute to the late Anne Burrell, Food Network is planning two special programming events. On June 25 beginning at 10pm ET/PT, a curated selection of encore episodes featuring Anne will highlight her extraordinary talent as a chef, competitor and teacher. Then, a new season of Worst Cooks in America featuring Anne’s final appearance as mentor will premiere on Food Network on July 28 at 9pm ET/PT and stream next day on HBO Max. The new season, dubbed Worst Cooks in America: Talented and Terrible, showcases recruits who are professional performers and used to stealing the spotlight, but in the kitchen, they are dishing out disasters. Anne was joined by boot camp’s newest mentor, Chef Gabe Bertaccini, as they worked together to turn these culinary flops into food masters.

Maria Taylor has been named NBC Sports’ lead NBA studio host for its coverage of the association, which begins this October on NBC and Peacock. Taylor will host NBC Sports’ NBA studio programs on Sunday and Tuesday nights alongside analysts Carmelo Anthony and Vince Carter. She will also host select WNBA games on NBC and Peacock when NBC Sports’ coverage of the women’s league begins in the spring of 2026.

Code of Silence premieres July 24 on BritBox. The edgy crime drama is told through the point of view of Alison Brooks, a Deaf canteen worker.
